she said she performed well in the challenge and shouldn't of been sat out in previous challenges. all i have to say is LOL because she did ok in the final team immunity challenge but she didn't do exceptional and to be honest she was the weakest at challenges on her tribe.
She also was excited to participate in the challenge. get over it u were in a challenged wow if you make it to 7th place on survivor i think you will probably participate in a challenge

I'm trying to win a bet between my wife an I. She says Survivor contestants who smoke have never done it during the game because it is not allowed. I am pretty sure at some point in a previous season one of the players got a cigarette from some dude when they were visiting a town during a reward trip or something like that. As I recall, he acted like smoking the cigarette was better than sex. Anybody remember this? Thanks

he didnt have to lie. he could have just told grant the truth. was he just playing to the camera? it was only funny to rob so if you did that to your friend without telling him, it would be pretty bitchy too.

Winners should get more recognition

It seemed like last season that Sophie won and most of the audience went "Huh????" and then the reunion focused largely on Coach, Ozzy, Brandon and Cochran. My point is that the majority of the audience do not understand why some winners win and then then think negatively of the season. Instead of asking Sophie questions like, Did you expect to win, How will the reaction be at home, How do you describe the experience, etc. why not delve more into her thought processes throughout the game, maybe ask Keith/Whitney/Rick/Ozzy etc why they voted for her, have Jeff clearly explaining why Sophie won and why Coach and Albert didn't deserve it...I think it would help make the audience realise that some winners do deserve it despite not appearing that way. It's a frustrating thing to watch a show for over 3 months and have some random person win who doesn't look like they deserve it.

I think Samoa was the most controversial and probably 95% people didn't like the outcome...

Clues in the Intros

I was looking for this thread that discusses about the clues they put on the intros that actually has something to do about the outcome of the season. I couldn't find it. I keenly study the intros after the Season has ended and I have seen a lot of Clues, ex. Sandra, as the only person having her name at the top in HvsV, Savai's name being washed out and a girl silhouette emerge after Brandon, South pacific ended up having Sophie as the winner.

In this season (ONE WORLD) I've already noticed a possible clue, after the women were introduced the next scene is a woman immersing to the water, while after the men, the next scene is a man rising from the water. I'm over analyzing again! hehehe

Save the Intro!

Hey guys!

We all know that since Redemption Island, they nearly always cut down the intro with the Ancient Voices theme... a lot of doesn't really care about it, but I'm sure we all love to see it at least once, or twice on it's full length with the castaways.

One World didn't have it in the first episode, and I asked Russ Landau, the creator of the theme about this.
He answered me that they probably let it run it's full length once or twice, but fan letters-emails to CBS/Survivor would help a lot!

So, if you care just a little bit, let them know, I'm sure there is plenty of time for that one minute, if they decide to include it!

Survivor: Easter Island- Episode One Is Up!

So I had started this fan fic a while ago, and had let the fans decide the cast, but that was apparently against the rules. I've now decided on the cast, with no "fan interaction", so hopefully this will not get locked! Anyway, here's how it works:

Survivor: Easter Island will have a record high number of castaways: 24. There will be one castaway representing each season, and they will battle it out in three tribes of eight. These castaways are very diverse-- we've got winners mixed with first-boots mixed with runner up mixed with pre-mergers. It should be very interesting to see how this blend of Survivors works out.

So, without further ado, I present to you the official home of my fan fic, since I don't want to take up a ton of space on this thread.

The Season 24 Challenge Guide

Some of you may remember the the Challenge Guide thread. I figured since I'm updating the guide anyway, I might as well start doing weekly guides to the One World challenges here as I go. These should also all be included in the next version of the guide when it's finished.

Episode 1:
After being split into their tribes (men versus women) players are given one minute to grab as many items as they can from a supply-laden truck. At the end of the time limit, each tribe is given a map and must hike around the island in opposite directions to reach their camps – which are on the same beach.

Can we just kick them all out? I know that I was an idiot newcomer myself once but it seems that with every Survivor season that airs we get a massive hoard of unintelligent assholes with narrow-minded views and no knowledge of Survivor past Season 20. They can't type, they can't post useful things (Which I guess I'm doing right now as well...) and they can never be wrong. Ever fought with someone who's only posted only 6 times? They've been a "longtime lurker" and yet they have absolutely no idea what's going on.

There are like 6 topics in Lions, Tigers, Survivors right now that have been started by idiotic newbies who either created something STUPID or have created a post asking why their STUPID creation got locked in the first place. It's maddening having to deal with this. Can we just get rid of them? Please? Ban some of the true idiots? Stop giving them warnings? My nerves are rattled...if I see one more All-Star cast thread that isn't...
