Another gripe: With a name like "Disturbia," you would think the movie would take a couple pot-shots at suburbia, but, no, this movie is completely brainless and dull as a rusted knife.

I guess when directors want to make a 'teenage version' of the movie, the first thing they do is dumb-it-the-fuck-down. I predicted everything about this movie from its first fly-fishing moment. And how can something be scary or distrubing if you know exactly what will happen at...

I saw this movie two weeks ago. It was terrible. The first hour of the film was like nails on the chalkboard and the last ten minutes were laughable horror movie conventions. The female lead can't act at all. And all romantic scenes sunk.

Isn't that the song titled of a new Rihanna song? I don't understand why they couldn't just release the already fantastic track Breakin' Dishes from the original edition of her album GGGB instead of re-releasing a new deluxe edition. Lame lame lame.

Just watched this. I didn't know anything about it going in, so it was a nice (but tense) surprise. David Morse is such a perfect psychopath.

Somebody mentioned hating the hot girl falling for the nerdy guy thing. I didn't think Shia was nerdy at all. And I don't get the general Shia hate, either. I think he's a good young actor.

My fave bad-funny flicks:

Mothers Day - VERY early Troma film.
Eaten Alive- Tobe Hoopers 2nd film. So retarded it must be seen to be believed.
Street Trash- awesome early 80's gore flick. Features corpse fucking, melting homeless people , and puking cops.

It Lives Again (or It's Alive 2, which I guess is the re-title they did when they released it to video) actually turned out to be hokey fun once the little bastards got loose and started clawing and murdering people. But man, the first 40 minutes were painful.

I like him. I like that he's not the typical snotty, entitled young star. I think he'll be great in the new Indiana Jones. And I love that they are bringing back Marion! I hope she kicks some major ass.

Elway...yeah, some of it was too much, but I just liked the suspense. I love those kind of movies that scare you with anticipation. I'm not into scary gore movies. I find the blood and goo kinda redundant after a while.

Since I get most of my movie recommendations from OT, I just watched Disturbia. It was an OK modernized adaptation of Rear Window. The girl had a nice ass.
