doesn't matter what the mental state of the girl who killed herself was.
the parents who (how DO these freaks find each other and get together?) played around like that need a fucking beating. adults should understand that it's rough enough to be a girl that age, who the fuck would mess with a child on purpose like that?

What the parents did was kind of sick, but technically, they didn't do anything "wrong" (illegal). In their eyes, they felt they were defending their child.

No disrespect, but like someone mentioned earlier, if the girl killed herself over freaking myspace of all reasons, then she wasn't long for this world, unfortunately.

That mother needs to take some of the blame. If her kid hung herself within 20 minutes of the last time she saw her, how out of touch was she with her kid that she couldn't tell how distraught she was.

Sorry, but if the kid offed herself because of some idiotic MySpace postings, then SOMEthing was going to get her anyway. Low-flying bird, falling into a manhole, bad clams, drowning from staring up into the shower nozzle, tripping over her own shoe laces in front of a bus...whatever. Thin the herd, I say. Natural selection.

Having said that though, should still be worth a cool couple million in a civil lawsuit. No way the perpetrators of the prank can have ANY realistic excuse for...
