Again, I assume you want to be clean. Doing that once a day with an enema an hour before hand is the way to go.

In all seriousness, if I am assuming correctly what you mean, it's not hard to accomplish. First of all, yes, you should. To make it easy, daily fiber should be something to make a practice of (Metamucil). Second, enema an hour prior when needed.
