The reward challenge timing likely had absolutely nothing to do with wanting to create a cliffhanger and everything to do with needing to accomodate the flight schedule.

The reward was very nice. I can't remember which season, but the reward of swimming in the inland lake with the jelly fish that could not sting you was also sweet.

IMO, the cliff hanger was good. It had me worried they were gonna fuck up the game with a lousy twist, and they didn't.

I thought it was one of the most fascinating rewards ever. It was truly a gift.

I didn't mind the cliffhanger when I found out what it really was. I was expecting some gross challenge like setting fires to worms or something.

I agree...all that buildup and drama for a fucking reward challenge?? They've never been so lame before with one of their "To Be Continued's" and I hope we never go there again. I laughed when Jeff finally said what it was all about...worse cliffhanger ever...gets my vote.
