So yeah the winners deserved it, but this whole series was too fucking slow! Damn.

But the subtitles for Raymond garbled English made it worth the watch.

Uh that first challenge was stupid and unfair. Here - you two go to a farmer's market where there's guaranteed food-shopping foot traffic, and ummm you go to a mall escalator and you go stand by a lake. What the fuck.

They spoiled the next boot in the previews, too. By team Minnie Driver! I guess the gallery gaes pull it together unless it was just sneaky editing. I'm going to start calling people numpties now, too. I hope it's really insulting.

Yeah, there is a lot of bad this season. I cannot believe mom & pop at Nel's made the most profit out of their little piggy. They must be in a great area for families with brats wanting a place to eat with so-so food, just so they will take kids.

I feel so bad for daughter Goose. It looks like she actually has talent as a chef and her father is such an ass. Since he's her father, she can't tell him off. She's the only one I like, other than The Gallery chef,...

They don't really try to mask the winner on this show do they... art gallery guys seem to be the clear winners already, and they didn't even open the first week. Cool beans, GSMA. You'll have to fill us in on your experience. Although, there are a couple others of us in America watching this show.

I, too, am really glad S&S flight attendants were booted. I feel sorry for the Blue Goose daughter, because her dad is a bit of a jerk. I think the guys who have The Gallery show the most promise ... well, the one who is the chef has a lot of promise, but his buddy running the front of house needs to shape up.

Guess what you guys - BBCAM invited me to the reunion show since I'm the only person in America watching this! Actually they're coming to my house - I hope Jawme doesn't see the cameras and run over. (She lives two doors down from me)

Anyway, good riddance to the sherbert dorks. Their concept was weird and they food poisoned themselves - not a good look. I hate the Blue Goose guy more than ever now too. I hope he chokes on a store-bought brownie. Plus gas station...

Exactly! Similar to the British version of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. And then the Americans pick up on it and ruin it by shoving it down our throats and sensationalizing it. Night and day.

Great start to season 2. The 2 bigggest what were they thinking moments were:

Carribean gals thinking that mixing a can of mango puree with cream and a squirt of lime was going to earn them a restaurant. What a shame, too, because a Carribean themed restaurant would have been a nice addition to the season.

I found this show by accident, too, and I really enjoyed it. The feedback from Raymond and his inspectors is interesting and informative, and it's not OTT like on most American shows. Excellent show!

Glad this show is back. I like how Raymond is critical but not so arrogant like chefs on other shows. Now I just have to try and stay away from Wikipedia so I don't spoil the winner for myself like I did last year.

I found this by accident last night and really liked it. That Raymond pulled NO punches - excellent critiques. I love the little happy couple who want to celebrate British food. The judges on opening night said - the food was very bland. I was like - hello, it's British food...
