I usually try to eat a cup a day. I'm actually considering having 2-3 cups a day now. Perhaps replacing breakfast with a cup of yogurt, having one as snack during my 10am break then perhaps as a mid afternoon snack to help tide me over til dinner. Basically, anything that started out like bread but became waterlogged.

I don't like watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, cooked spinach, broccoli, grapes with seeds, yogurt with chunks of fruit in it, any type of meat, sour cream, milk, American cheese....


Really thinking about it, I don't like most foods. That's probably how I maintain my thin figure.
