He said in an interview that due to all the surfing he's done, he has bad shoulders & couldn't hold out much longer anyway. So he quit when he got offered something. Said he couldn't have stayed in much longer. The pics of him show him in alot of agony, but still, you'd think after only an hour, he could have lasted alot longer. Parvati & Jason are skinnier than he is & they lasted 6 hrs. If he'd known his ass was getting the boot that nite, I bet he could...

In other word, Tom has nowhere but down by returning to the show. Can't blame him even though if his competition is among the weakest in the Survivor history. Still, his decision was reasonable though I thought he does not want to be away from his children second time around.

People thought Jason was dumb for dropping out of the IC in exchange for a promise of safety. But Ozzy could of went longer and gave up for 3 donuts..

It's not the first time a love of donuts has cost someone on Survivor. Coby gave up immunity for donuts and got booted. Didn't Jeff Varner do so too?
