I think either have a good shot at winning.

This has to be the PRODUCER'S wet dream. Two pretty popular singers with completely different fan bases. They both can sing. ((I don't really can for Archie, but the boy can sing. I prefer Cook - but neither inspired me to call and vote.))

They get to sign them both ... turn out some sort of CD - good or dredge. Who ever wins gets theirs pimped - the 2nd place winner's fan will go crazy buying his - to...

David Cook may win and then lose all the support of his rabid fans ten seconds after the season ended (just as Taylor Hicks), but my faith stands firm in the divine inspiration that is DAVID ARCHULETA. I can't wait for the time when he turns 18, publicly disowns his father, and starts getting cool nipple piercings while hanging out with the hottest rappers and divas of the month.

OK I'm backing Cook because a) if the Mr. and Mrs. Cook alliance is going to be broken up at least Mr. Cook should win and b) I think David Cook is the better artist

But I am very happy for one other reason. My real life name is David. In the 10 years or whatever of reality TV as we know it a David has never won a major reality show that I can think of.
Now that a David will win American Idol I can finally get that monkey off my back!

David C. is the whole package, voice, personality, experience, savvy. I really like him.

David A. is the voice. And I really like his voice. I feel sorry about his homelife, so I give him some slack regarding his lack of personality and the fear in his eyes whenever he's not singing. As someone who came from a home with an overbearing father, I understand it.

David A. needs to win more than David C. But I like them both and will be happy with either outcome.

this is the most bored I've been with American Idol ever. I like David C. better, but does that mean I should want him to win or should I want him to lose? I can't tell anymore. "winning" AI isn't at all like it used to be.

archuleta's with you last night was cute... but not cool with the dance thing...

syesha's sexy. But I find the three judges biased to the 2-davids.. she's like beyonce whatever..

david cook? as great as what is expected. But I cant avoid comparing him to switchfoot and aerosmith.

I know Porkchop is a boring dweeb but I like his voice.
At least the Chris Brown thing was sort of fun (in a psycho way.) Cook has a decent voice but his song choices lately are horrible. He'll be an excellent winner for AI. You can tell he'll do whatever they want on the album and won't be douchy like Taylor.

I still miss the guys from S5. At least you felt like they were really into their music even if it sucked. Elliott went down with the Ray Charles song...
