Dog eared is when a co-worker asswipe tells you that caught dog ear. They tell you it's a little rash on the inside of their ear and you have to get really close to look at it.

When you get close enough to see it, they VERY LOUDLY BARK IN YOUR FACE!

Scares the shit out of you.....
