I doubt there's anything closet about it. Ami came out many times and said she wanted a woman to win. But I don't necessarily think that makes her sexist. I think the producers sort of baited all the women into thinking that way thanks to the opening ceremony. The producers wanted the women to hate the men in Vanuatu.

So it is confirm that Ami is a closet sexist and Leann is actually a lot smarter than we are willing to acknowledge. The only reason why Ami get leadership edit is because she made it further than Leann and had more "spark".

Well I don't know about now. But Chris told me he never could have gotten Ami's vote at the time. She was dead set on a woman winning Vanuatu and never would have voted for Chris over any of them. He said she even sort of tried to mount a campaign against him at the jury lodge, but it didn't work. If you read my full interview thread, you will see that the only vote that surprised Chris at the end was Leeann's. He expected her to vote for Twila but she didn't....

After watching Vanuatu and watching what Chris did, Scout said she appreciated him as a player that much more. So if the cast could have voted again, she would have switched her vote to Chris.

Chris also told me that Scout got annoyed by Twila's constant complaining that she should have won Vanuatu. Even Scout got tired of it sooner or later.

Sounds like bullshit because I read something Scout wrote criticising everyone for voting for Chris, and saying they should have voted for Twila. This is a man who lied to his own wife about getting voted off. He has no scruples.

Chris is one of my least-favorite winners. He was going to walk the plank blindly, had Twila not come around to save his large ass.

Worse, he gets negative points for unnecessarily burning bridges with Eliza and Julie (i.e., lying to them when he really didn't have to, twisting the knives in their backs with his smug looks when they got their torches snuffed, etc.) The only good strategic move he made was taking Twila rather than Scout to the finals with him (freaking Dreamz,...

Since you guys are talking about Chris, I thought you might like to read a phone interview I did with him a while back. This was posted at Sucks about a year ago. He liked my Funny 115 website so his wife Lorie talked him into having a phone conversation with me. There is a lot of stuff here he hasn't talked about in any other interview.

I still hate the fat fuck as a person, but I have a newfound respect for his game. He played pretty much flawlessly. He worked EVERYBODY on that island, from creating the Fat 5 and outcasting the younger men, to forming a new bond with Twila and then Scout, to pretending to be nice so the women would want to keep him around longer than Eliza, to taking advantage of that situation to make it to the endgame, to completely bullshitting the jury and getting away with it. I agree that he benefitted by being surrounded by Scout & Twila who had flawed strategic abilities at best and Eliza & Julie who were just immature at the time. He also benefitted from not being voted off by the men after the very first immunity challenge!

He did what he should have done as the women's alliance imploded: sit, watch & say nothing. But in the end he was very, very lucky. And even with the very best strategic game he could muster, I don't see him...

regardless of his strategic ability (which was iffy at best to me) chris was a big ol cunt and i hate his guts

ODOT said Daugherty's initial requests were refused because he had already used all but 29 hours of his vacation days, sick leave and personal time.
