What cracks me up is this "Sac-LA thing" talk finally starts now. There was no investigation back then after Horry hits the 3 a full half second after the buzzer. And then throw in the Portland lead in the 4th in 2000. Geez, David you think you can do what you want?

Can he get Martha Stewart's room with about 20 extra years for embezzlement?

Who can forget Charles Smith getting assaulted in the paint by three Bulls players and no foul called which ultimately cost the Knicks the series.

Nice job by the league not making it obvious they wanted their beloved Jordan to play in the Finals again.

And don't even get me started on that greedy asshole Stern dicking over the Knicks with the suspensions back in '97. I mean it wasn't like the Knicks were the biggest threat to the defending champion...

Commish wanted a Celts/Lakers final and surprise surprise he got it. Commish wants this series to go 7 games and surprise surprise it will. I think the only legit game in the whole playoffs will be the 7th game Celts/Lakers as the commish doesnt really care who wins at that point. Both have upsides.

There was a game in 2002, Round 1, Wolves @ Lakers, GeneOkerlund27 thinks it was Game 3 where it was pretty evident the Wolves were playing 5 on 8. Wally Szczerbiak got called for back to back fouls on Kobe Bryant who had a dunk, yet Wally was about 8 feet away from him, and on the 2nd time it happened Wally held his hands up to show he didn't touch him and still got called for a foul. Miraculously, it went to overtime, Garnett got ejected 8 seconds in, yet the Wolves still won thanks to...

You mean touching the air next to Michael Jordan was never officially against the rules? The Nba just didn't want boring teams like the Pacers and Cavs in the finals during the 90's say it ain't so.
