I checked my DVR again and they don't. I think what you are seeing is the green thumbprint background. You can tell by looking at the top right corner of Craig's picture and the left side of Nicole's picture that there is no continuous green outline around their pics.

If someone puts all their eggs in one basket and sees they get a green score...well, they pretty much know they're probably spot on. It might be in best interest of game producers to not have that person see their score, so they are still kept guessing. 'I made this round, but maybe only barely...'
