Oh I hate people like that One friend who had never watched the show (only seen some bits) wondered how come there are cars, apartments etc if they're on an island. I calmly* explained that the show use flashbacks as its structure.

and by 'calmly' I mean I yelled at him for being an ignorant moron who need to be schooled. He was. He's now hooked :)

I made the mistake of being on the phone with my mom during the season three premier of Lost. I was trying to get off the phone with her as quickly as a could during a commercial break. It ended up being one of the Jack and Juliet scuffles and suddenly she is asking all these questions, wondering what is going on, and if I'm alright...

I watched the 1st season of 4400 but lost interest partway through. I can't stand Heroes. Watched the first 2 eps and was bored stupid (and I'm a bit of a comic nerd).

VMars was a great show. A 4th season (especially the direction they had planned) would have been great).

I live with him temporarily until my condo complex is built. List of shit he has done so far:

1) Gets home from work half hour after me, and therefore for some reason thinks I have been sitting home all day doing nothing. He expects dinner to be ready and the Lost DVD to be ready and set to play once he walks in the door. He generally arrives home in a bad move and takes it out on me.

2) One day I was using the big TV to watch something else, he threw a hissy fit and ate...
