their size. Who had the surgery, who was gonna have it, who gained their weight back. I had to tell her, BORING.

			<description><![CDATA[ The bypass surgery creates a very small stomach pouch and the rest of the stomach is then &quot;bypassed&quot;. I have met several really LARGE women who had
that surgery done, but managed to overeat again, and that little pouch expanded enough to seriously overeat again. A lot of fat folks have real food issues,
mostly from being food deprived as a kid by well intentioned parents, so they have developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Also, society is so horrible

			<description><![CDATA[ I have a friend who had it. She had a metabolic and/or glandular disorder, and is one of the most active people I ever met - skiing, running, a regular gym
schedule. She has always eaten so healthily and is constantly moving and exercising, and her body just kept on weight. It has done wonders for her, and I am
very proud of her for doing it, since she already maintained a healthy lifestyle. But giant fat lazy people who do it to get skinny suck balls and should not
be glorified. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ One of my coworkers just had this done about four weeks ago. She did the full bypass and not the lap band. Her doctor made her loose 25 pounds before the
surgery. I hope it goes well for her. She is a real dynamo with all the weight. I can&#39;t weight to see how much she does when she is no longer encumbered
with the weight. ]]></description>

I know one lady who had that surgery. She literally become a MILF in a matter of weeks. It is a good thing that she already have good eating habits.
