Change season 6 to season 9 (where they only had 1 recuit and still had "normal" people like Chris, Eliza, and Twila), and that sounds about right.

I dunno, I say before season 6, it's probably a short list of Mactors, after that, assume everybody is a mactor or recruit.

When it comes to earlier seasons, shouldn't you weigh whether or not something was done after they were on the show? When Survivor first started, it was a novelty and some people actually did get some jobs (such as Colleen) due to being on the show. I don't know if they went on the show with the thoughts that they could be a star.
