Also keep in mind that the term &quot;Rock&quot; is suggestive as it expands to many branches of rock. Rest assured it usually means guitars and stuff. So you

			<description><![CDATA[ I have never heard Black Flag&#39;s music. But damn if Henry Rollins is one of the most passionate and eloquent speakers out there. His speaking tours are
amazing and I try to watch his stuff when it comes out on DVD. I just saw Uncut from Isreal (har har). Some great stuff there. He really does inspire people
into getting active in what they believe in.

			<description><![CDATA[ - Henry Rollins is a weird selection because he doesn&#39;t really fit in with the timeline. He&#39;s definitely more influential than most of the people on
the list though. Black Flag is definitely a key omission from the Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame.

			<description><![CDATA[ I haven&#39;t really listened to Tool all that much but the one APC album I have (Thirteenth Step) is pretty excellent.

Who are the representatives from the major bands who haven&#39;t shown up yet? I&#39;ll guess Jerry Cantrell from Alice in Chains, based on the fact that he
writes and sings fantastically (not as well as Layne with singing but whatever), and has the humble attitude that Wyl seems to love.

			<description><![CDATA[ Ah, Metallica... for the first 10+ years of their existence, they were as good a metal band as there&#39;s ever been.  Classic after classic after classic. 
Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning, Fade to Black, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Orion, Welcome Home, Battery, The Four Horsemen, Seek and Destroy, One,
Unforgiven, etc... so many classic songs. Unfortunately the band peaked with their third album in 1986, the year Cliff Burton died, and never reached that high
a quality again.  And Justice... ]]></description>
