The high cost of fuel is primary when they power up for the take off. Once airborn and at cruising altitude the saving on fuel begins. I suggest they fly nonstop from coast to coast. Fly over the bigger cities and push people out the back door with a parachute once over their destination. Right before the push, they ask for a couple of bucks for the chute packed by a qualified person. Or maybe they could come in with out power like coasting down a hill with out pushing the gas pedal. Loved America West - but it's gone to crap since they took it over! NOTHING but bad experiences with them for the past couple of years. I will never fly their crapass flights ever again!

But I encourage them to come up with more brilliant fee schemes - and drive more of their customer base away! The sooner they go out of the business, the better!!!

I had a couple of flights on this shitty airline yesterday, and WOW. I am so impressed by how shitty and cheap they became

No more meals. You gotta pay for them
No even drinks! Gotta pay for that too ($2 for coke or coffee)
You gotta pay even for the first bag. Nice job dumbasses ($15 first bag, $25 second bag)
You have to pay for the headset to watch the movie ($5)

What else should those dumbasses do next?...
