I've been behind from the start, so I didn't partake in any discussions.. but I've just finished watching and I must say, It was a great series.
However the production value fails; They obviously tried from the beginning to cause a rift in splitting the tribes.. but they merged them WAY to early, they didn't really give time for any cliques to form.
However I do give them cred for adding David/Timmy in later. They've tried pulling this before, and failed...

I finally finished the finale - the right people ended up in the finale, and the winner deserved the crown. I thinks the trials were inordinately hard considering what they won, and it makes me wonder if it will discourage people from going on the show in the future. I hope Joe is able to parlay this into something for his career --- maybe they can even bring Mickey back to Eastenders. I really enjoyed the show but i'm glad it's over - it was a lot of TV to keep up with!

I think Takei will take 4th.

Martina/David toss up for 3rd/2nd with Joe winning.

That's my prediction, at least. Was glad to see Simon out. Now he was the pretty boy who contributed nothing to the show this year. Much like Jay last year, but Jay was actually ungodly hot.

Louie, I wish I could. I'm one of the few people who watched the American version and I thought it loved it. I asked how to do that bit torrent thingie a few years ago, but it seemed too difficult and I was afraid that my computer would be prone to viruses. D-List British celebrities. Brian actually isn't a celebrity, I don't think. He's more of a kinda known guy because he was an out and gay police commissioner (I think that's the word for it.) But he is actually middle class, not wealthy, and is just kinda known.

You aren't the only one watching this Louie. But as usual, you do have the worst favorite ever.

I was rooting for Esther and Brian, but since they're both gone, I suppose I'll throw my support behind Martina or Joe. Joe, despite being cast to be the fangirl fav (along with Simon) actually turned out to be pretty cool. However, he turned into a douche around day 12 for some odd reason. But he's chilled back out.

So, Martina or Joe to win. I really like...

Well it's clear i'm the only one watching this.

But if David Van Day doesn't win this, then it's a joke. The guy has made the entire season, and single-handidly made it watchable. It's almost like when he went in, they told him to just create chaos, cause he seems to enjoy it so much.

But the odd thing about it is, as the episodes go on, he just continues to get more likable. Joe will still probably win, but I hope DVD steals it in a...

I just watched the first episode, pretty good thus far. You gotta love George, I really hope he wins. he seems like such a sweet man. Though it's pretty clear already that Joe has this thing wrapped up. It helps he's basically the only young guy. He's a decent enough character, but it's just a shame that the winner is so blatant right from the start.

Kilroy-Silk will be the first to go for sure, but hopefully he sticks around cause he's a good villain at...

Rumours:

Nicola being paid the least: £7,500
Dani Behr the most: £40,000

...which is odd because some celebrities in Series 6 were getting up to £100,000

Also the show tends to save it's bigger celebrities out for a few days, introducing them later in the series, one of the "latecomers' is rumoured to be Donny Osmond.
