			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve never understood why people who get dropped in the early or middle Hollywood rounds can audition again (i.e. Gina Glocksen) but people who fall just
short of making the top 24 can&#39;t.

Changing the contract to screw top 48ers who don&#39;t make it, semi-finalists, and finalists who 19Evil has no intention of signing just in case they MIGHT
catch on with somebody else is a sure way of decreasing the talent level of auditioners... especially with so many winners and 2nd... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I think people are confused.  When you sign the Idol contract, that&#39;s an exclusive contract and you&#39;re not allowed to sign with any other management
company or recording label that&#39;s not part of Sony/BMG while you&#39;re under it.  For the vast majority of Idol contestants (except for the winner and
runner-up usually), the contract ends after the tour.</p>

<p>FWIW, they are legally bound to sue him for breach of contract if he indeed did sign while he was still bound to AI.... ]]></description>

career, for a shot of guaranteed fame) and he was thanking his lucky stars that he auditioned in his season when the already limiting idol contract was still
