Just watched this whole thing. Crazy and the finale Soul Calibur figh was epic. Alyson and Amy were the best on the show.

I feel disgusting even thinking about Ciji and Dante hooking up.

This cast has the most Delusional to non-delusional ratio out of any show I have ever seen.

That's why I liked Chelsea. She seemed non-delusional and never overconfident in any of the games.

Gamers (of which I am one) are generally delusional people though--at least when it comes to gaming. It may be an over-compensation thing.

I saw Mark's victory from a mile away. He just screamed, "winner" in his edit to me. But whatever, he was a good winner anyway. Would have preferred Swoozie, Amy, or Chelsea, but hey.

CiJi is a bitter c.unt, I wanted Mark to win just because CiJi didn't want him to win. She should have gone the first week, she is only good in rhythm games but sucked almost all the rest. The only reason she was picked in the first place was because of her freakish appearance, she should spend more time with her kid and less playing Guitar Hero.

According to wikipedia, Ciji got 5th in isolation, which means she was the highest scorer on the 2nd place team.

Yeah I thought they dumbed down the gaming presentation aspects of the game. It's on Sci-Fi network, not NBC, chances are that the people watching this show are gamers. Although I understand that they had to try to appeal it to mass audiences.

Robert was so overrated. He was the biggest threat?

I suspect the editing kind of made it out to be that way. He was really good in shoot 'em up games and ok in everything else.

Kind of a slow episode, but the final battle on Soul Calibur was great. Too bad the winner was such a snooze, but it's not like Robert would have been a great winner. Next season: more game footage in context and more stats, please!

I'm wondering if they did the 0-4 comeback as a script. I mean did it matter if they showed it out of sequence? That was fucking epic. That final game totally beat the Kelly vs Amy showdown. Mark was one hit away from losing it when it was 4-3 and he came back and tied that shit up. To me, he was the only bearable male in the competition and I'm glad he owned it <3.

Do I think Mark is the best gamer? Hell no. The scheming aspect and the luck of the draw (for the game)...

Jo = Wow, he got some screen time.

Glad Gears of War II was not the 3 point game, there already seemed to be a heavily shooting game slant towards the contest.

Not surprised Mark won with his underdog edit and the fact he was coming on strong late in the competition. They totally scripted that come from behind on an 0-4 deficit.

I don't know about your guys generation, but girls in mine never played video games. You might have found a higher concentration in places like California, but not so much on the East Coast. In the next few years I'm sure you'll see girls starting to get even when it comes to the vid game world. The competitive world is dominated by guys right now. A traditional male activity.

I know I sound totally sexist, but video game playing (non-strategy based) is really a physical competition as well. Hand/Eye coordination/reflexes/agility do play a role. And men have more of it those than women do. I have no doubt there are women who could kick my ass in a lot of games, but I'm hardly an elite player--and as you go up the ladder of better and better players, you're likely to find less women...

That said, if the men played this like Survivor and...

Is anyone watching this crap for nerds on Sci-Fi channel? It reminds me of MTV Real World/Road Rules challenges, except with video games.
They play anything from Dance Dance Revolution to Halo 3.

This last episode featured the shocking elimination of one of the best players Dante. Meanwhile, that slut Ciji blabbed to the whole world that Mark (who has a girlfriend) kissed her.
