I accidentally ordered pigs brains (in a clear gelatin mold) when I was in Germany once. Fucking nasty!!
When I was in China, i tried Silk Worms (gushy and gross)

Seadog (nasty, still have no idea what it is)

Starfish (yuck, can't even describe the taste)

I've had fried worms, rocky mountain oysters, rattlesnake, turtle, elk, frogs legs, alligator, chocolate covered ants, lots of weird organ stuff....I guess that's it.

I was in the jungle area in Peru called Iquitos and they have these worms calle Suris and I ate them with eggs in the morning. It was very interesting.

Dog and monkey. Both in the Philippines while in the Navy. Dog was very spicy and pretty stringy. Monkey was actually VERY good!

Eel is great stuff. Calve's brain is not so great. Kidneys are even worse. Imported unleavened "Viking Bread" is pretty good until you realize there are ants in your mouth that had gotten into the box.
