Technically they can't prove it. They could always film to make it seem that was their original plan. But let's say Jack or Sawyer and Kate are Adam and Eve.. then I'll take their word that's how it was gonna be from the beginning.

Which is kind of silly, because there's no wya to prove that. But, even I believe that pretty much knew how they wanted it to end all along.

No, there wasn't a plan to go beyond season 6. You're right. The last three seasons would be 16 episodes each for a total of 48 episodes and yeah the strike messed that up.

One more season and that's it. As much as I've been prepared, I'M NOT! I know it has to end though...

I think you're mixing up what they said they would do in S4 after the Writer's Strike shortened that season. I don't think there was ever a plan to go beyond S6 once the final date was set back in S3 .

I recall reading last season they were gonna stretch this out 2 more seasons, with only 13 episodes per season.... And that pissed me off. That they'd basically take ONE season and make it two. But now, with just 18 for the FINAL season I guess they decided to end it early. I must say, like with The Soprano's, what with the LONG stretches between seasons, while I LOVE Lost, I'll be glad when it's finally over given their choices to drag out the last seasons.

I like Castle a lot too. It's such a fun and entertaining show. This show just seems to get better and better.

It's a lot of fun and the mysteries are genuinely interesting. I try not to thnk too much ahead and figure it so I'm usually surprised/pleased. S2 has been a big boost of fun from S1 (and S1 was a lot of fun).

He totally would. Next time I meet someone famous liek that I should ask them what quote they get quoted back to them the most. Someone like NPH is famous from very different things each woth their own fan base. I wonder if he still gets a ton of Doogie references vs Barney ones.

Nah I don't watch Castle and never watched Firefly. Guess I would have missed it. I love stuff like that though. There was something else like that recently but I can't think of what it was

If I ever met NPH I'd ask if he wanted to grab some Fur-burgers. Though I suppose he would prefer Fur-dogs

Do you watch "Castle"? They made an extensive Firefly joke at the start of their Halloween ep the other week. He was dressed as Capt. Mal and his daughter told him it was time to let it go. It'd been a five years now but he loved it so much. They of course never said the name but it was a great nod to his Firefly past.
