Usually something wonky between the charger and the battery. Couple different things to try... 1, unplug it and run the battery completely out. Then charge
again, see if that helps. Also, you could try, taking the battery out, then turning it on (with the charger plugged in, duhh), then put the battery... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Open the case and look for fans. There should be one on the motherboard on top of the CPU. Use compressed air to blow it out because the heat sinks are a dust
bunny magnet. There should at least one other fan on the case, usually on the back.

The temp is tested through either diagnostic software or at boot time by entering the setup of your PC&#39;s BIOS. Or you could put your tongue on the CPU...
