I just watched the tie-breaker I again. Before Jessie's shot, Jessie asked Jeff something, which SOUNDED like "you want it?" and Jeff said "I say we just battle it out."

I'm not positive, so if anyone else wants to check it out do so, but that's what it sounded like to me.
