Yeah, I thought I heard that about PG before. Without a F3 the F2 would have been Ozzy v Becky (obvious blowout) and most likely Todd v Amanda (blowout)

Also a F3 would have made Micronesia final tribal even better, I actually think Parvati would have won still but who knows. F3 didn't hurt Gabon and wouldn't have hurt Tocantins.

That being said I hate F3 and wish they went back to F2.
