			<description><![CDATA[ My reaction.... to much from the golden age not enough and to low rankings for modern films 70-100.  My picks would be<br>
<br>
Citizen Kane (1941) - the great bio-pic, visually stunning and masterfully written a flawless picture<br>
The Godfather (1972) - genre gives it a huge boost I think in 50 years the sequel will be higher <br>
Schindler's List (1993) - I consider this to be the World War II film of all time so it gets the nod over Casablanca <br>
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)... ]]></description>

Yes, and it was only #89 in the first list, which is a travesty.  I agree that it was &quot;best in genre&quot; as a war movie and a biography.  It is top 5 in terms of my personal favorites, and my top 10-20 if I were doing my own historically significant T100.<br>
