if the big 10 refuses to go along with a playoff they should immediately be replaced by the southern conference in the BCS

Carroll is a fool if he leaves USC to coach the Falcons.

For any playoff to happen, the powers that be (whoever they are) have to issue an ultimatum to the Big-10, Pac-10, and Rose Bowl; basically:

- Choose your so-damn-important-to-you tradition, and have those teams excluded from the possibility of being crowned as the National Champion (as they WON'T be taking part in the Playoff system).

- Ditch the damn tradition already,...

i don't think you have to look up the southern conference to know it is better than CUSA, sun belt, and MAC. and probably about equal to the B10.
