Those commercials sicken me too and I've had plenty of coffee today so far. Evil bastards will do anything to sell the "easy fix" to millions of folks. Veggies, Fruits, H2O and excercise are the only proven true methods to staying healthy. That doesn't always lead to losing weight, but your heart is damn healthier and your body will adjust and get rid of the bad juju after a while.
