She is phenomenally talented and is just downright sassy and hilarious. Please give her more screen time, let her perform on the show, and bring her back every year. Jully is from Jane and Finch--one of the best places to live in Toronto. Whoo! Represent! |

Yeah, it's a notorious street corner in Toronto for crime and murder. The area surrounding it is not great either but the street corner got famous, catchy
name I guess. There was an apartment that I saw in the paper that was for such a cheap price and all new and shit and I called the realtor and she was like
oh it's on (insert street name here). I was like cool. I google it and it was like a few blocks from Jane and Finch. Suffice to say I didn't call
back. I was wondering why the price was so low.
Compared to American cities, Jane and Finch is nothing but because it's Canada, in our standards, it's crime ridden and unsafe. But she is a GODDESS and a QUEEN. She needs her own talk show or something. George Strompolopololololols got one she can too. She is so fierce, I <3 her. FUCK BEN. I hope he just fucking has to leave for some reason and Jully is a last minute replacement. She'd make the show so amazing. |

I was slightly joking, but nearly all the people who get murdered there are those who involve themselves in drugs or gangs. IMO, people from these so-called
ghettos who manage to grow up right are really grounded and have a great outlook on life--the type who don't take anything for granted. Like how Christine
Hanlon was so proud to be from Rexdale.
Compared to American ghettos, Jane and Finch is not that bad at all. I go to school around there and drive through there all the time. |

I watched a CBC documentary on J&F. Drug dealers, murderers, gangs, drive-by-shootings galore.
Seems like a place where people only go out on daylight and lock themselves in their homes when 6PM rolls by forever hounded by the cacophony of gunshots and police sirens. Anyway, that's for another thread.... |

I loved her music before, and I was excited to hear she'd be on CI because I've seen her on like E-Talk and red carpets and she's so funny. I love "Until I Stay," so good. Replace Ben with her asap. |

She might not be universally known (musically) across Canada but she is well known in Toronto area for a good decade on the music scene here. I remember her from waaaay back, it's nice to see she is still doing her thing and loving it. |
