Rumored date to start April 28th. Top 24 is supposedly being told who they are. And then they did the whole online voting. This is the supposed first promo...looks genuine to me but again it is a bit...odd. And as usual expect all the interesting women to get voted off leaving us with Joel's, Andrew's, and Billy's for the second half of the game.

I'm willing to give them a clean slate. If they actually cast older people, and people with life experience and not just 20 somethings who want to hook up
then this will be a good season.
Not that I minded last season, cause overall I felt it was better than BBUK. But it's still clear that this show needed a revamping. I dunno how they are gonna do the nominations and eviction in one night though. That will be awfully hectic. |

Yeah I always give each season a clean slate. The fact that we had a girl/gay intruder F2 last year says LOT. Still laughing at Assclown's eviction last
year. :)

I was very pleased with the ending last year and Aleisha winning. After going through the first season it sucks that they even booted Andy first over Gordon.
The tween vote is just really obnoxious.

April 28th cannot come fast enough if that is the right start date. I've just lost interest in BBUS this season. I'm still watching it, but don't
care who wins anymore. I think that a renovation is just what this season needed as louie said earlier. Always excited for the beginning of the seasons.

I'm guessing they won't actually be competing....cause if they are they will probably have no trouble winning it. It would seem kind of unfair. I'm excited to see Vesna again, Paul not so much. I can't stand that guy, if they wanted the fatherly blokey bloke they should have just brought Travis back. |

Vesna coming back???? YES!! If anyone remembers, my old moniker was Vesna69. I'm all about the V to the E to the S to the N to the A!
Paul coming back is meh. I thought he was overrated in that season. Harrassing legal immigrants about their status isn't exactly that interesting. Ves went out 3rd because she is polarizing, she has a vag, she's loud.....she is the sole reason they have the vote to save. I'm certain if they had votes to save, it would have been a Tim v.s. Vesna F2, which would have been just heaven. Ves could have won and I think they introduced the new voting system just in case they get a Vesna (which they kind of did with Zach, cult following), they can make it far. The show doesn't work because of the audience it caters to. 3-18 year old girls will always vote pussies out and anyone interesting. They need to move the dailys to later at night, cater to 18-49 and make it more Adult and less kiddish. I really have faith this year they will FINALLY get casting right. They sort of got somethings right last year (dysfunctional people in their lives) but they didn't get it totally right yet. Hopefully with Kyle and Jackie O in the mix, they will get it right. And is this the official thread for this season???? I saw like 2 or 3 other new threads for this year pop up already. |

I remember someone started one for this year a few months ago and another last year but I think it's disappeared, I tried searching for it to see and

If BBUK has taught me anything it's that if BBAU takes the time to cast ugly women or old women they will do just fine and go a long ways! It's only
the young hot bitchy ones who get booted early.
I mean just look at Aleisha, she was beautiful, but her meek unassuming nature brought her right to the end. |

True Louie, but I think it also has to do with the fact that Aleisha was non-sexual, looked like a kid and wasn't threatening to the tweens. Same with Ves
or Regina in the sense that they weren't sexually threatening to the tweens.
If you have a nice bod and are young and a girl, your days are numbered basically. It's really sad though. I don't think you'll ever see a Emma type girl (looks wise) win this show ever. They'll have to have a hell of a personality to do so. |
