o_0 Lol. Okay... But unlike THAT fictional race, I try to base mine solely on reality. As in... with the real truth flavour.
 Anyway... I didn't really care about showing the specific rides...
Just wanted to "illustrate" the intensity of them. And I didn't really had the time to verify the images I got from Yahoo since everyone was rushing me into uploading this episode.
Anyway, Happy New Year everyone. It's about 1hr12mins till 2008 here in good ole' Singapore. And in the land down under, they're already in 2008.

think that you and Avant should collaborate on an Amazing Race project. With the skills that you both demonstrate it should be fantastic.

Phil: Next week on The Amazing Race... Only 5 teams are left and the competition is heating up... Jason (conf): We'll do ANYTHING to win this race. Nicole (conf): We want to be the FIRST all-female team to win the race!! Henry (at pit-start): Another leg, Florence! Florence: It's so ON the moment you rip that clue, Henry! Michael (conf): This race is OURS to win. Tiffany (conf): No one can stop Michael & I... Phil: And the teams' desperation to stay in the game is all unleashed at the airport... Where getting a better flight may be the key of survival. Michael (to Tiffany in an Australian Airport): Now we just have to make sure NONE of the teams get on this same flight. Tiffany (with an evil smirk): It's a done deal, Michael. We're so set.... Florence (to ticket agent): When you see teams like us later... put them on a later flight...! Florence (conf): If you don't be cutthroat now... You'll be eliminated. And that's not an option for us. Henry (to camera): The teams behind could possibly find themselves hours behind due to flight options. Florence (to camera): That's good. Real good. Jason: NICHOLAS. GET OVER HERE! WE NEED TO GET THIS FLIGHT. Nicholas: YOU THINK I DON'T KNOW THAT?! Jason (visibily stressed & frustrated): We are SO screwed over right now... Nicholas: I just don't see how we can catch up. Thomas (in an airplane): Looks like the boys didn't made it. Zoey: Thank god. Racing against them to avoid last place is the last thing we need. Phil: However, teams will soon encounter cultural obstacles as they fly into the Southeast Asian country of Singapore.! Henry: This is SO FREAKING confusing! Florence: This is so insane. We could be stuck here for hours! Jason: Oww oww oww. This is NOT easy, man. Nicholas: Just PUSH! Jason: I'M PUSHING! **scene of Jenn & Nicole eating a local fruit** Jenn: This stinks, literally! Nicole: Oh my gosh. I'm dying just from the fumes of the fruit here. Jenn: We have to complete this, Nicole. There's no turning back. Nicole: How do people EAT THIS?? Jenn: This could be it for us, Nicole. Nicole: Argh..!! Phil: Meanwhile, yet another local delicacy may be too hot to handle for some team members. Tiffany: Oh my god this is HOT! Michael: Eat it all up, Tiffany! Tiffany: I'm trying.. hun! *$#+#* and snot flows out of her* Zoey: WOW. This looks scary! Look at the chilli! Thomas: You can do it, Zoey. Zoey: This is so going against my diet but what the heck. I just hope my mouth doesn't explode before I can finish it. Jason: BLOODY HELL.! *swears* Jason: I'M supposed to eat all this? Nicholas: Yeah, you have to, Jason. C'mon! Speed it up! Jason: This stuff's killing me so SHUT UP, Nick! Phil: And don't miss yet another close finish in an extremely close race to avoid elimination. **scenes of the 5 reamaining teams flash by** Jason: WHY IS IT ALWAYS THIS CLOSE? Zoey: THIS IS IT, DADDY! WE CAN'T STOP NO MATTER WHAT! Thomas: I'm with you, Zo!! Florence (stressed): We're so in last place right now! I can't freaking believe it. After coming so far!! Henry: Calm down. Maybe another team made an even bigger mistake and we're still not las. Florence: Yeah right! -rolls eyes- Michael: TIFFANY! RUN! RUN FOR ONE MILLION DOLLARS! Phil: And in the midst of all the chaos and confusion... ONE team loses critical race clues that are needed before they can check in. Thomas (conf); We couldn't believe that they left their clues and didn't take it back! Jason (conf): Unbelivable! Michael (conf): It was definitely a very very costly mistake... Florence (conf): That's life. It sucks sometimes. Phil: The number of teams is decreasing but the difficulty and intensity of the race will only increase...Stay tuned for Episode 11 to find out WHICH team will be the next team to be eliminated and which teams are in the top of the pack, saved and making it into the Final 4.

This is definitely a realistic fic, except for Henry/Florence's continual use of 'dude' and 'sucks'

It's going to be interesting to see how the teams are going to eat the "very strong smell local fruit" and the "spicy local delicacy".
expected for the teams to complaint about the food they're eating. but still, i will wish all of the teams good luck and hope they will do their best,
except for a team or two...
