here's my take on a fanfiction i written for metropolis reality forums 2 years back. but i only did it up to leg 3. this time, i plan to finish the race. here's the cast intro. will post LEG 1 in a bit. hopefully u guys enjoy it as i've spent quite some time thinking about it. =)

1.Daniel Reed (27) and Sydney Smith (29)

Daniel and Sydney are bosses of their own telecommunication companies. As best friends, they often go windsurfing and swimming together.

"I think we stand a huge chance in winning this race, we're physically and mentally fit, basically whatever the race require, we have it!" -Daniel

"We make a perfect team, although we often will quarrel, but everything should work out well for us, we will win this race!" -Sydney

** Comments: kind of ambitious at times, but physically, there are no limits. **

2.Maria Gordon (23) and Meredith Gordon (23)

Maria and Meredith are twin sisters from California.

"When my mum was giving birth to us, we almost had a danger of suffocating due to complications. Since we can overcome that mishap, I believe God has put everything in us to win this race" -Maria

"Yeap, and I think we stand a huge chance, as we basically eat and sleep together. Surely, that has given us an advantage over others. However, it could harm us as we know each other too well that we tend to have the same weakness. We'll see about it" -Meredith

** Comments: Lovely sisters who know each other inside out, could be an advantage to the team. Physically fit. **

3.Paul Hamm (23) and Morgan Hamm (23)

Another set of twins cast on this Virtual Amazing Race. However, this pair of twins proves to be a little more special. Both of them is part of the USA Gymnastics Team and have both won medals at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and the 2004 Athens Olympics.

"I think our bond is special, as we've gone through training and everything together, hopefully this race will show the unique characteristics of us." -Paul

"Paul can be an aggressive person sometimes, and I think this can indeed hurt us in the race. I also make irrational choices at times, so, we just have to pray for the best!" -Morgan

** Comments: Physically fit, could be a strong team. **

4.Jenna Morasca (24) and Ethan Zohn (32)

Both winners of their respective SURVIVOR seasons, love blossomed for them before both got cast again for SURVIVOR:ALL STARS. Been together since then. Having starved for two SURVIVOR seasons each, enduring this race would not be a hard one.

"I think this race would be a good gauge of our relationship. Although I'm pretty sure we'll still love each other after that, we should try our very best." -Jenna

"Yeah! We'll kick some ass!" -Ethan

** Comments: Both survived SURVIVOR but am looking for another adventure. Would they be a strong team? **

5.Monica Ramiah (45) and James Walters (22)

Mother and Son combination, monica is a housewife, while James is currently pursuing a degree at Cambridge.

"Since tow years back, James have been out of USA, and we've not much time together. Hopefully, this race will bond us together and let us spend quality time together." -Monica

"I love you so much, mum." -James

** Comments: Monica is a cautious woman, although not physically fit like James, it could prove that brains are more important in this race. **

6.Margaret Barnes (26) and Charlene Groves (25)

A lesbian couple currently residing in Florida. Been together for 4 years, and are enjoying each other company.

"People seem to have this vision that we are lesbians, which means we're abnormal. However, we are normal people!" -Margaret

"We'll prove them wrong!" -Charlene

** Comments: Strong foundation of love, a potential final 3 team. **

7.Louis Walker (45) and Justina Abuza (40)

Married parents of three children, currently running their own business.

"Given our physical fitness, I think most of the teams will think we'll be first gone. We'll see." -Louis

"We want to be e first parents team to win! [Breaks out in laughter]" -Justina

** Comments: Both aren't too physically fit, but navigating maps seems to be a forte for Louis. **

8.Stacy Beirut (21) and Donny Stewart (23)

Dating models for 3 years, however had some friction two years back, both hoping to find their relationship back.

"It's tough to live with Donny, very pressurizing, let alone race with him. However, I really hope to explore more of him as a person throughout this race." -Stacy

"Due to our work schedules, it's almost impossible to have no clashes, but I do hope that this race would show me more about Stacy." -Donny

** Comments: Both physically fit and are looking for a flame to rekindle their love. **

9.Joseph Harari (63) and Stephanie Oshii (60)

Both of them are retired grandparents, looks after their grandchildren.

"Our grandchildren are so active that our exercise everyday would be to run after them. The race would thus not be a problem for us." -Joseph

"I'll miss my family so much during this race, but I'll definitely not regret this experience." -Stephanie

** Comments: Determined but not physically fit. Would they be beaten? **

10.Glen Lim (24) and Yvonne Tan (25)

First Asian team ever cast on the race. Glen and Yvonne have been dating for 5 years.

"We're a strong team. We can win." -Glen

"Since we've been together for 5 years, this race is definitely not going to have any impacts on our relationship, well I hope not." -Yvonne

** Comments: Both physically fit but not very cautious. Would this hurt them in the race? **

11. Brad Mickel (40) and Fabio Slater (45)

Both dads, best friends since high school.

"We are indeed limited by our physical fitness, but this race too needs brains. We have that!" -Brad

"Yah, hopefully we'll be lucky in this race, as a lot depends on luck." -Fabio

** Comments: Not fit, but have the experience of traveling to many countries. **

Phil: I'm standing near Lake Milton State Park in Ohio. From this park, 11 teams will race around the world for $1 million. Speedboats are racing the teams toward the park.

Daniel and Sydney, bosses of telecommunication companies

Maria and Meredith, twin sisters from California

Paul and Morgan, twin brothers and Olympic medallist

Jenna and Ethan, dating SURVIVOR winners

Monica and James, mother and son

Margaret and Charlene, lesbians

Louis and Justina, married parents

Stacy and Donny, dating models

Joseph and Stephanie, retired grandparents

Glen and Yvonne, dating Asians

Brad and Fabio, dads

Phil: Who will come up with the right combination of brains, brawn and teamwork to win the $1 million?

Teams assembled on the green.

Phil: In just a few minutes, you'll be leaving on a race around the world, separated into legs. There will be various tasks to be completed. At the end of each leg, there is a pit-stop. Eight pit-stops are elimination points. Cash to cover expenses except airline tickets. If you're last, you'll be eliminated. Your first clue is waiting inside the envelope on top your luggage. When you get the word, get the clue, and run to the cars in the parking lot. The first team to cross the finish line wins $1 million.

All: Yeah! Yeah!

Phil: The world is waiting for you. Good luck. Travel safe. GO!!

Paul and Morgan were to first to reach their clue. Followed by Jenna and Ethan, Glen and Yvonne.

Paul and Morgan: Choose any BMW and drive yourself to the airport and fly to the city of Jerusalem in Israel.

Phil: Teams must now drive themselves to the Ohio airport, board a shuttle and book one of two planes to arrive in Jerusalem in Israel. The American Airlines flight leaves first at 1245hrs and arrives in Jerusalem at 0250hrs the next day. However, the United flight, scheduled to leave later at 1430hrs, lands earlier in Jerusalem at 0035hrs. There are seats available for 5 teams on the American Airlines flight and the 6 remaining teams will have to book seats for United.

Ethan: Go! We have to be first out to get the better flight.

Maria: Meredith, run! RUN! We're not taking a stroll!

Sydney: Damn it, the trunk won't open! OPEN! OPEN!

<<On the way to the airport, teams whooshed past each other. While Margaret and Charlene's car broke down on the highway. >>

Charlene: The car died on us. We're gone! (slams the car)

Phil: In this unfortunate event, a replacement car can be requested for. However, no time advantage will be given to the team.

Margaret: There is no hurry. Lots of time, dear. The flights leave at 1245hrs and 1430hrs. NO HURRY!

<<Their replacement car arrives and they sped off to the airport, but were still the last team to arrive in the airport. >>

Glen: We'll go to American Airlines, because the flight leaves earlier. Theoretically, it should arrive faster right, dear?

Yvonne: Yup, that's logic!

Ethan: Let's borrow a cellphone, dear.

Ethan (calling agents): Hi, I'd just like to enquire about this two flights, … …, so the United flight leaves later but arrives in Jerusalem earlier?

Agent: Yah.

Ethan: That's great, thank you. Jenna, we've to get to United, it gets in faster!

<<running towards shuttle, as they see Paul and Morgan>>

Jenna: Guys, United gets in earlier!

Paul: Is it? We'll go with you then.

Jenna: Paul and Morgan are the sort of people Ethan and I would hang out with. Hey they're cool guys to be with!

Brad: Let's go to United, all of them will flock to American and I think we have absolutely no chance of getting on to the earlier flight. That's our luck, dude.

Agent at United: The United flight arrives in Jerusalem 2 hours before the American flight.

Brad: Well, as I mentioned, luck is a very important aspect of the race."

Phil: Teams are now flying to Jerusalem, Israel. When they land, they'll have to drive themselves along Highway L21 to Rachel's Tomb, where they'll find their next clue.

Teams on United flight arrive, with Jenna and Ethan leading, as they run out of Jerusalem airport.

Jenna, Stacy: Where are the cars?

<<Jenna and Ethan, Stacy and Donny and Paul and Morgan all went the wrong direction; the marked cars were parked in the other side of the airport. In the meantime, Louis and Justina, Brad and Fabio and Maria and Meredith found the cars. >>

Fabio: We have to get to Rachel's tomb. Get onto Highway L21.

Justina: Go to Highway L21, dear.

<<Brad and Louis drives off, while the other teams find their cars. >>

Jenna: How dumb can we get? Car park U not, carpark V.

Stacy: This CANNOT happen again!

<<As teams from the second flight lands in Jerusalem, the teams on the United flight reaches Rachel's tomb. >>

Bard and Fabio (1st to arrive): HOURS OF OPERATION 0800hrs to 2200hrs. The other teams are gonna catch up.

Rachel's Tomb, Jerusalem, Israel, 0800hrs

<<All teams rush into the gate of Rachel's tomb, as they see the next route marker in front of them. >>

Joseph and Stephanie: Drive yourselves to Enot Zuqim.

Phil: Teams must now take any marked cabs approximately 26 miles southwest of Jerusalem to Enot Zuqim, a natural reserve and recreational spot on the Dead Sea shore. At the reception counter, the receptionist will give them their next clue.

Stephanie: Go Joseph, let's go, I see the cabs!

Joseph and Stephanie (in Cab 1): Please go to Enot Zuqim, fast. We're in a race!

Sydney (in Cab 2): Can you please try to overtake that taxi?

<<While overtaking, the cabs with Daniel and Sydney and Joseph and Stephanie collided, allowing the other teams to overtake them. >>

Daniel: What the f***! Can it still move?

Cab driver: No sir, the engine died.

Sydney: We're screwed! We're in last place! (as they see Joseph and Stephanie's cab moving off)

<<Eventually, Daniel and Sydney's cab got replaced and they are on their way to Enot Zuqim. >>

Paul and Morgan: DETOUR, clean or dirty.

Phil: A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with its own pros and cons. In this detour, teams get to choose from clean or dirty. In Clean, teams proceed to the Dead Sea and bring a basket full of salt to the nearby marketplace about one mile away to get their next clue. Teams might stay clean but navigating the streets for a small shop might take quite a while. In dirty, teams will have to allow the beauticians to cover them with the mud from the Dead Sea to receive their next clue.

Paul and Morgan: Let's do dirty.

Louis: Justina is one of the strongest women I've ever seen, mentally and physically. She basically doesn't give up.

<<Meanwhile, Paul and Morgan completed their detour option and are given their next clue. >>

Morgan: Proceed by foot to the Qumeran National Park and find the Scriptorium.

Phil: The Scriptorium in the Qumeran National Park is believed to be the room where the scribes wrote the Dead Sea scrolls. This is where the teams will find their next clue.

Paul: Let's go!

At the marketplace…

Louis: Take a marked cab back to Enot Zuqim and proceed on foot to the Qumeran National Park to receive your next clue.

<<Meanwhile, other teams also completed their detour options, with Monica and James currently at last place. >>

Stacy (after receiving her clue): Let's go Donny! We're last!

Donny (to cab driver): Qumeran National Park please.

<<Meanwhile, Paul and Morgan reaches the Qumeran National Park and received their next clue in the Scriptorium. >>

Morgan: This is the Scriptorium, believed to be the location where the scribes wrote the Dead Sea scrolls. Now, pick up a scroll and proceed by any of the marked taxis to the Qaser al Yahud, otherwise known as the Baptism Site. Hand the scroll to the security guard to receive your next clue.

Phil: Teams would now have to make their way with a scroll they picked to the Qaser al Yahud, where John the Baptist lived to get their next clue.

<<An unsuspecting Stacy and Donny took a cab directly to Qumeran National Park, which passed by some teams on foot. >>

Ethan: Hey, they're in cabs!

Jenna: Don't tell them anything, let them get the penalty.

Morgan: ROADBLOCK. Who has keen eyes?

Phil: A roadblock is a task that only one member of the team can perform. No racer can perform more than 6 roadblocks in the entire race. In this roadblock, teams would have to open their scroll and search over 400 Christians to find the person sketched on their scroll. Once they find the person, they will get their next clue.

Paul: I'll do it! (snatches the scroll and starts searching)

Jenna: Drive yourselves to the pit-stop, the Nativity Church.

Phil: Teams must now drive themselves to the Nativity Church and check in at "The Star". "The Star" marks the birth site of Jesus Christ and will be the first pit-stop in this race around the world. The last team to check in will be eliminated.

Ethan: Let's go! Where are the cars?

<<Meanwhile, team members found their portraits' owners in the following order: >>

Phil: For that effort, you have won a vacation to exotic Mexico, compliments of American Airlines, which you can enjoy after the race.

Phil: Glen and Yvonne, team number two.

Phil: Paul and Morgan, team number three.

Phil: Daniel and Sydney, team number four.

Phil: Margaret and Charlene, team number five.

Phil: Louis and Justina, you are team number six.

Phil: Stacy and Donny, you're the seventh team to arrive. However, you chose to take a cab from Enot Zuqim to Qumeran National Park, where it clearly stated on the clue that you should take the marked cab to Enot Zuqim and walk to the Qumeran National Park. For that, you have been penalized 15 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes penalty. If the four teams behind you check in within 45 minutes, you will be eliminated. Please check in 45 minutes later.

Phil: Maria and Meredith, team number seven.

Phil: Monica and James, team number eight.

Phil: Joseph and Stephanie, you are team number nine.

Phil: Ok, Stacy and Donny, you can check in now. You are now team number ten.

Stacy: Oh, thank god! That was one of the worst waits in my life!

<<As Brad and Fabio steps onto the mat several minutes later, >>

Phil: Brad and Fabio, you're the last team to arrive. I have to inform you that one team suffered a penalty before you checked in. However, that penalty was not enough to push you forward. I'm sorry to tell you that you have both been eliminated from the race.

Brad: IT's okay, i firmly believe that this race was indeed an incredible one, and Fabio would always be my best friend.

Fabio: We really wanted to win, but we couldn't. Good luck to the other teams.

YEAH YOU POSTED IT!!!!!I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REST AND EPISODE 4(because I read to Episode 3) and then on and on!!

My favorites has always been Stacey and Donny and Jenna and Ethan!!!!!

Another FanFic!? It's good to see so many creative people around. I just don't know how many of these I can read at once, especially with Dragoon's getting so exciting, maybe I'll check back once that one's finished.

Leg 2 - Jerusalem, Israel to Aberdeen, Scotland
"Racing on Sundays isn't a very good idea."

Phil: Previously on The Amazing Race, 11 teams each with a pre-existing relationship set off on a race around the world from Lake Milton State Park, Ohio. Teams flew to Jerusalem in the country of Israel. Once there, accidents happened as cabs ran into each other. At the pit stop, Stacy and Donny received a huge shock as they misread a clue, incurring a penalty of 45 minutes. However, the penalty was not enough for dads Brad and Fabio, as they became the first team to be eliminated from The Amazing Race. Ten teams remaining, who will be eliminated next?

Phil: This is "The Star", located in the Nativity Church in Jerusalem, Israel. It marks the birth site of Jesus Christ. This sacred place is the first pit stop in a race around the world. Teams arrived here at the end of the last leg for a mandatory rest period. In this time, teams get to eat, sleep and interact with the other teams. Will SURVIVORS Jenna and Ethan be able to survive the next leg and come in first again? Can Stacy and Donny get out of last place and escape elimination? Jenna and Ethan, who arrived in first place at 8.25p.m, will depart at 8.25a.m.

Jenna: Fly to Aberdeen, Scotland. You have $400 dollars for this leg of the race.

Phil: Teams have to fly to Aberdeen, Scotland. Once they land, they would have to go to the Aberdeen Maritime Museum to get their next clue.

Ethan: Coming in first on the first leg have definitely been great for us. Now, we really got to try to maintain this lead over the other teams. It's going to be tough.

Teams left the pit stop in the following order and time:

3. Paul and Morgan 0900hrs
4. Daniel and Sydney 0920hrs

At the Jerusalem airport, all teams got onto an Aberdeen Asia flight and flew to Aberdeen, Scotland.

<<The flight landed in Aberdeen at 0624hrs the following day. Once the teams landed, there was a mad rush to get to the cabs. >>

Glen: Yvonne, run! We got to catch up! They're ahead of us!

Yvonne: I can't run that fast! (As she speaks, she trips over a wire and falls.) Glen! Save me!

Glen: Can't you just stand up? It's irritating to have a partner like you, it's like babysitting!

Yvonne: Glen! There's blood! I can't move at all!

Glen: (as he runs towards her) Shut up! It's just a fall!

<< Yvonne got a deep cut on her thigh, caused by a sharp end of a metal information plate. >>

Yvonne: Ouch! I need medics! I'm gonna die!

<<At this moment, Glen and Yvonne are in last place, as all other teams are already on cabs to the Aberdeen Maritime Museum. >>

<<By the time the medics cleaned and dressed Yvonne's wound, the other teams arrived at the Aberdeen Maritime Museum. >>

<< Paul and Morgan reached the museum, they found out that the hours of operation of the museum being 12 noon to 5p.m., as it was a Sunday, and they've just lost their lead. >>

Paul: That was so unexpected; racing on Sundays isn't a very good idea.

<<All the 10 remaining teams caught up at the museum. >>
Yvonne: I do hope the following tasks are not going to be physically demanding, or else, I think we are gone. (talks as she limps.)

1200hrs, Aberdeen Maritime Museum

Meredith: Detour, Fix it or Visit it.

Phil: A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with its own pros and cons. In this detour, teams get to choose from Fix it or Visit it. In Fix it, teams would have to drive approximately 10 miles to this model assembling factory, where they must fix up a model of a ship, Repulse, which was used in World War Two. Once teams successfully assemble e ship model, they will receive their next clue. Teams with steady hands and a clear mind to read manuals can finish fast. Jenna and Charlene: ROADBLOCK, Who has steady hands and legs.

Phil: A roadblock is a task that only one member of the team can perform. No racer can perform more than 6 roadblocks in the entire race. In this roadblock, the team member would have to be suspended down on a rope and try to catch a clue suspended in a row down to the river. They would then be lowered down to their team member below the river.

Ethan: You did the previous one, I'll do this one.

Margaret: I'll do this then, since you did one already.

<<As Ethan and Margaret started on their ROADBLOCK, the other teams already got their clue and are proceeding to the Bridge of Don, except for Glen and Yvonne, who are still on their way to the Assembling Factory. >>

Nice fanfic! I wish there'd be more dialogues to distinguish these bunch of people though. The only ones that stand out are Ethan/Jenna, whom I previously know.

Leg 3 - "It's like watering plants with a flamethrower."

Phil: Previously on The Amazing Race, 10 teams each with a pre-existing relationship set off on from Jerusalem, Israel. Teams flew to Aberdeen in Scotland. Once there, teams fled off in all directions. Injury striked Yvonne, the injury continued to haunt Glen and Yvonne as they decided to change a detour option, putting them in last place. However, bosses Daniel and Sydney incurred a penalty, as they chose to take a cab because they were lost, propelling Glen and Yvonne into 9th place. 9 teams remaining, who will be eliminated next?

Phil: This is the Castlegate, lying at the heart of Aberdeen; the Castlegate is found at the east end of Union Street and has acted as a market place since the 12th Centaury. The city's Mercat Cross, located here, is more recent, dating from the late 17th Centaury. This vibrant market place is the second pit stop in a race around the world. Teams arrived here at the end of the last leg for a mandatory rest period. In this time, teams get to eat, sleep and interact with the other teams. Will girlfriends Margaret and Charlene be able to keep up with the fierce competition and come in first again? Can Glen and Yvonne get out of last place and escape the next elimination? Margaret and Charlene, who arrived in first place at 11.16p.m, will depart at 11.16a.m.

Charlene: Drive yourselves to the Letch Ski Centre and search the grounds for your next clue.

Phil: Teams must now drive themselves to the Letch Ski Centre, where they will have to search for their next clue.

Margaret: Being in first place is a wonderful experience, and Charlene and I want to keep it that way.

Charlene: It felt exhilarating to come in first place, and I'd want some female power to kick some ass in this competition!

Charlene: Yeah, follow us. We've got a good map.

Morgan(13.11p.m.): Being gymnasts, we are naturally competitive. But that is not a bad thing, if some uncompetitive team who didn't think about winning 24/7 won this race, I'd be pissed.

Paul : Those lesbian girls were very fun to be with. They are fun-loving and adventurous. Too bad they aren't straight. It was really funny to see how Joseph and Stephanie made comments about homosexuality though. Maybe its because they are still a bit old fashioned in their mentality.

Joseph: God created women to procreate with men. But, somehow, modern people got mixed up with their ideas and with some sort of "innovation", modern humans decided to try things out and "BOOM!", its like watering plants with a flamethrower. It is not supposed to be that way.

Charlene: (conf) I really didn't know how to respond to that old couple. They can be nice parents and grandparents, but definitely not good conversationalists, especially when we're not straight. Ha!

Yvonne: My leg feels much much better after the rest in the Pitstop. I definitely can go all the way to win this race.

Glen: Give me a kiss before I open our clue, Darling.

Yvonne: Just open it! We just lost one minute! (kisses Glen)

The Letch Ski Centre, 13.50p.m.

Charlene (1st to reach route marker): ROADBLOCK. Who loves the snow?

Phil: A roadblock is a task that only one member of the team can perform. No racer can perform more than 6 roadblocks in the entire race. In this roadblock, the team member would have to complete a competitive skiing route in the Letch Ski Centre, 2090 feet in altitude, within the competitive time of 2 minutes. Once the team member completes the route, they will be awarded their next clue.

Margaret: Oh my god, a roadblock that fast? Hmmm, I don't ski. Do you?

Charlene: No, I don't. Oh my god, we're so screwed.

<<At that point in time, Jenna already started doing her roadblock. In the end, Charlene decided to perform the roadblock this time for her team. >>

Charlene: This is so tough, my god. How am I going to complete that in 2 minutes? We're dead meat.

Jenna: Wow, this is so cool!

Jenna's first try: 2 mins 32 secs.

Ethan: You have to go faster! Push the snow away fast enough to propel you forward! I don't want to be stuck here!

Charlene's first try: 2 mins 12 secs.

Margaret: Hey, you're doing better then Jenna. Work harder!

<< By that time, Donny, Meredith andJames were already performing the roadblock. Ironically, it was Charlene who finished first. >>

Charlene: Oh my, I did it! haha… I didn't even have any experience!

Margaret: I'm so proud of you!

Jenna's second try: 2 mins 15 secs.

Ethan: Please dear, go for the two minutes. Be very careful at the turn!

Stacy: Donny! Get your grip, we need to catch up!

Maria: Its extremely weird we didn't get the fly out of the country clue this time round. Who knew a roadblock would kick in so early in the leg. Meredith should kick some ass in this one, she skied competitively for some 2 years.

Phil: Teams are assigned airline tickets on the order they completed the roadblock. 4 teams would be on the first flight out of Aberdeen, while the remaining 5 teams would be on the second flight to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The second flight is scheduled to land 40 minutes before the first. Once they land in Riyadh, teams would get their next clue at the entrance of the Riyadh Zoo.

Aberdeen International Airport, 10.30 p.m.

Louis (talking to an airport crew): Is there any information that you can tell us about Riyadh?

Airport Crew: I've got a map that I can give you. I think this map would be more then sufficient to get you through Saudi Arabia.

Louis: Perfect! Can I have one? Please do me a favour, don't give any of the other people any maps. We're in a race.

Airport Crew: I understand, Sir. I will not give them the maps.

Glen: Yvonne, did you see Louis over there just know? Let's go over.

Yvonne (to same airport crew): Hi, what did that man ask from you?

Airport Crew: He didn't ask anything.

Glen: So, do you guys have any map of Riyadh for me?

Airport Crew: Oh, that guy told me not to give any to you.

Glen: Darn it!

Glen (pushing Louis): What's the problem with you? Why can't that crew give us a map too?

Louis: I didn't say anything about not giving you maps.

Glen: Stop faking (as he pushed Louis's shoulders)

Louis: What's that for?

<<At this time, all the other sleeping teams woke up, trying to separate Glen and Louis. >>

Joseph: They would have started to fight if not for us. Louis is scheming but Glen is violent. Which is more disturbing?

Charlene: Its weird to see them almost start fighting in the airport. We shouldn't even have interfered and they might just get dragged to the police station and been eliminated. Ha!

Aberdeen International Airport, 0800hrs

Margaret: We're boarding the plane now. Being in the front of the pack feels good.

Stacy: Its great to know that we're basically safe this leg, given that more than half the teams are behind us.

<<Teams are now on their way to Riyadh. >>

King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

First flight arrives early, touched down at 1600hrs, while second flight gets delayed, arriving at 1700hrs.

<<Another mad rush for cabs. However, Monica and James found themselves in a position no one wanted to be in. >>

Monica: All of us on the first flight checked our luggage in, as Saudi Arabian rules didn't allow any forms of bags on the plane. We've been waiting for 20 minutes but there is still no sign of my bag, James's bag is already out.

Ethan: Monica's luggage sort of got lost. Well, this just means there's less competition to first place on the mat this leg. But its really unfortunate to see them stuck in the airport.

1630hrs (Lost Luggage Centre)

James: We've checked our luggage in, but half an hour has gone by but we haven't got one bag yet.

Airport Crew: Oh. Is this bag yours? Someone took it by mistake, and just returned it here.

Monica: Thanks God. That's my bag. Let's go before the second flight touches down!

James: We basically cut our lead from 1 hour to 20 minutes. Its no one's fault and I believe my mum has been doing a great job so far. I love you, mummy.

Monica: I love you too, James.

Riyadh Zoo

Stacy: While one member of the team feeds a crocodile with meat using a pole, another team member must take a photo.

Phil: Teams must now grab a camera and while one team member feed a crocodile with meat, the other will have to take a photograph. After which, they would have to make their way to Riyadh Shopping Centre on foot and find this shop, Hanoyt Photo Developing Centre. They'll have to develop their photograph to get their next clue printed at the back of the photo.

<<As Monica and James arrive at the Zoo, the second flight lands. >>

As the airport drama between Glen and Yvonne & Louis and Justina intensified, both teams came out of the airport with vengeance.

Yvonne: Let's go! Karma will bite those bitches.

Justina: (conf) Its been weird having fingers pointed at you almost the whole time you've been on the plane. Now, we're like the team that no one can stand. Louis, being the ultimate bully he have always been, just put us on the
chopping block.

<<By the time the teams on the second flight get to the Zoo, Stacy and Donny, Margaret and Charlene and Joseph and Stephanie have already completed the task and are on their way to the shopping centre. >>

Phil: Teams have to travel approximately 350 miles to Dammam, a state in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. Once there, teams will have to drive themselves to the King Fahd Park, where they will find their next clue.

Jenna: I think I already know who will be yielded. Whoever reached the mat later will get their asses kicked. I'm betting on Louis and Justina getting yielded.

Donny: Oh, there's the YIELD.

Phil: This is the first of three YIELDS in the race. The YIELD is an option for a team to stop another team from racing for a predetermined amount of time. Once a team is yielded, they would have to turn the hourglass around, wait for the sand to run out before they can continue racing, even if other teams passes them. However, teams would only have that YIELD power once in the entire race, so they'll have to decide when its most advantageous to go for it.

Donny: We decide not to yield anyone.

Stacy: DETOUR. Busk or Rust

Phil: A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with its own pros and cons. In this detour, teams get to choose from Busk or Rust. In Busk, teams would have to do charity busking in the middle of the Park. They can dance or sing and raise money from the public. Once they collect 50SAR, they will be handed their next clue. It might appear easy. However, getting money from the relatively poor people in Saudi Arabia might prove to be challenging. In Rust,
teams would have to drive themselves to this furniture shop. Using sandpaper, they would have to get rid of the rust covered cupboard to receive their next clue.

Stacy: We'll Busk.

<<As the teams on the second train arrive, there was another mad rush to look for the cars. >>

Monica: Its disheartening to see that this race has become such a strategic one. With every team throat cutting, I guess its gonna be tough to win.

James: There's the cars, ma!

Paul: Get into that car, Morgan!

Glen: I've got to yield them, so annoying. Where're the cars?!?!

Louis: We've got to step on that YIELD mat before Glen does, or we're gone.

Yvonne: We can't find the cars! Its frustrating to know that every minute spent here might mean that we're going to get yielded.

Justina: There they are! Louis!

Louis: Someone I asked told me about this shortcut. Don't worry, we'll be there in no time.

Yvonne: Glen! Glen! I found it! Quick, they just left say 10 seconds ago!

Glen (at the YIELD mat): For that selfishness, we've decided to yield Louis and Justina.

Louis: Quick run! Holy shit, we're yielded. Damn it. Why did that shortcut get so congested!

<<As Louis and Justina stand on the YIELD mat, all the teams on the second train pass them. >>

Louis: We'll be gone if Maria and Meredith appears now.

The time for the hourglass ends just as Maria and Meredithreach King Fahd Park.

Maria: We've to hurry. We're busking.

Justina: Its all your fault for being so selfish. LOOK! How are we ever going to outrun them if it's down to a footrace?

Louis: (conf) My wife knows I'm very headstrong and competitive. However, isn't this race all about that?

Stephanie: No one will want to see old people dance, especially people who don't dance like us, let alone give money. We're doing RUST.

Morgan: We're definitely at the back of the pack right now. There's no one in sight! Its frustrating and I've to look happy and busk. What a torture.

Paul: (spots Monica) Monica! On your way to the pit stop?

Morgan: Yea, we do! Follow us!

Morgan: (conf) Actually we didn't know the way at all. But having them behind us sort of gave us the assurance that we won't be eliminated. We'll win them in a footrace any minute.

Stacy: There's Phil! Let's run. Don!

Margaret: Charlene, I see him! Stop here!

Phil: Stacy and Donny, you're the first team to arrive.

Stacy: Yes, finally first!

Phil: As winners of this leg of the race, you've won a trip for 2 to Korea, where you guys will be able to experience skiing and take in the gorgeous scenery of the beautiful country in winter.

Stacy: I love Korean dramas! Haha. This is a trip that I've always dreamed of! Being in first place is so wonderful. Especially when we ran such a long way to beat them out. I never thought I'd be able to run so fast. (huge grin)

Charlene: (whispers and rolls eyes) Bitch.

Donny: Its truly emotionally rewarding.

Charlene: We've came in first the last leg, and I'm sure we worked as hard as we could to continue that standing. But, its okay. It doesn't matter if one comes in first ten times in this race.

James (at the detour site): Its tough getting the money as we're not as attractive as Jenna and Ethan or Paul and Morgan. Who would want to see my mum dance?

Paul: Monica and James seem to be having a relatively difficult time, as compared to us and Jenna and Ethan. But I really appreciate Monica's determination and perseverance.

Joseph: Let's walk up to him. Guess it'd be bad news. Didn't see any other teams here.

Stephanie: What? That's surprising! Never thought we'd last more than 2 legs.

Phil: Louis and Justina, you are the last team to arrive. I'm sorry to tell you that you have both been eliminated from the race.

Louis: I think I ran the race well, but I do admit I was a bit too overboard at the airport. Guess this race don't like selfish people.

Justina: It has really been so amazing; being able to travel around so many countries with my husband was a perfect second honeymoon. However much I wished it could be longer, it's over for us and I really appreciated the experience.

Leg 3 was a lot better since there was some actual character development but some teams are still invisible and there's some really weird nonsensical English ("Even the normally mild me felt anguished." - ???)

Monica & James sound like a likeable team to root for, but all of the sudden I've got this Susan/Patrick vibs from them. So I'm not all for them totally.

The girlfriends are super competitive and rude! Great change from nicey girlfriends from dragoon's fanfic.

Stacy & Donny seem to be a nice team too, but I need some more character from these two to like them.

Keep up your good work! And a new leaderboard! Love it!

Leg 4 - "We'll be the Two Red Riding Hoods, Eaten Up by Wolves"

Phil: Previously on The Amazing Race, 9 teams each with a pre-existing relationship flew from Aberdeen, Scotland to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Teams got physical at the airport.

Louis: Please do me a favour, don't give any of the other people any maps. We're in a race.

Airport Crew: I understand, Sir. I will not give them the maps.

Airport Crew: Oh, that guy told me not to give any to you.

Glen: Darn it!

Glen (pushing Louis): What's the problem with you? Why can't that crew give us a map too?

Phil: When the first of three Yields in this race appeared, it became apparent that either Glen and Yvonne or Louis and Justina would use it against the other.

However, Louis and Justina took a congested shortcut, allowing Glen and Yvonne to reach Dammam Train Station merely 2 minutes after them. Louis and Justina never recovered from the Yield and became the third team to be eliminated from the race. Eight teams remain, who will be eliminated next?

Phil: I am standing at King Abdul Aziz Port. This port is the main gateway through which cargoes from all over the world enter the Eastern and Central Provinces of Saudi Arabia. Teams arrived here at the end of the last leg for a mandatory rest period. In this time, teams get to eat, sleep and interact with the other teams. Will the homophobic Joseph and Stephanie clash more with lesbians Margaret and Charlene? And will Maria and Meredith work hard enough to climb out of last place? Stacy and Donny, whom arrived first at 1.39a.m., will depart at 1.39p.m.

Stacy: Take a cab to King Khaled International Airport and fly to Abuja, Nigeria.

Phil: Teams have to fly to the capital of Nigeria, Abuja. Once they land, they'll have to make their way to the Navy Headquarters, better known as the Ship House, where they will find their next clue.

Donny: Lets rock and roll, babe!

Stacy: (conf) It is great to come in first place. However, it is also important not to be complacent or proud about it.

Stacy: Being in first place is so wonderful. Especially when we ran such a long way to beat them out. I never thought I'd be able to run so fast. (huge grin)

Charlene: (whispers and rolls eyes) Bitch.

Margaret (1.40 p.m.): It was really really bitchy of Stacy at the last Pitstop. The last people we cannot tolerate are people who flaunt their victories in front of us. Game's on.

Joseph (2.01 p.m.): It was great coming in 3rd the last leg. I guess no one would expect us to even make the next elimination. However, deep in my heart, I really want to finish the race and see the world with my lovely wife.

Stephanie (2.01 p.m.): We might be old, but we're experienced in life. Maybe that would be our edge over those young kids from California.

Glen (2.10 p.m.): It's a good thing we're in the front of the pack, but I know that Yvonne wants to win this race badly. Maybe once we reach Asia we'll have an advantage as we speak Mandarin, Japanese and Korean.

Jenna (2.14 p.m.): We made some bad decisions the last leg. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Else, I guess we might be eliminated soon. I want to win another million dollars badly. Not the fact that I need the money, but to prove to myself that I'm indeed a tough woman.

King Khaled International Airport, Riyadh, 2.20 p.m.

Stacy (to ticket agent): We need two tickets to Abuja, Nigeria. As fast as possible please, it's an emergency.

Ticket Agent: The earliest flight leaves at 4.30 p.m., and will arrive in Abuja, Nigeria via a connecting flight at Nairobi, Kenya.

Donny: Are you sure that's the earliest possible flight?

Ticket Agent: Yes, Sir.

Stacy: Alright, we'll take 2 economy tickets please.

Donny: (conf) Looks like all the other teams will be able to catch up.

Morgan (2.25 p.m.): Its really heart-wrenching to come to such countries and it looks as if we're going to enter Africa. The last time we went to Angola as volunteers, I was absolutely shocked by the state they are living in. It makes me feel really fortunate. Hopefully we don't really get affected this time around.

James (2.50 p.m.): Last leg, my mum showed me a side of hers that I've never ever seen. Her determination and enthusiasm makes me want to work doubly hard to win this race with her.

Monica (2.50 p.m.): I know how huge a fan of this show my son is, and I only hope that I do not disappoint him when it comes to doing the race. I do know he wants to stick around for as long as he can, or should I say as long as I allow him to. (laughs)

Maria (3.15 p.m.): We're nearly 2 hours behind the first team. Meredith and I really hope to get onto the same plane as the rest. Once we're on our own, we're pretty much gone.

King Khaled International Airport, Riyadh, 3.30 p.m.

Monica: All of the teams except for Maria and Meredith are already boarding. They are kind of hoping they do not make the flight. But, the girls are really kind and I'd wish them luck in catching this flight.

King Khaled International Airport, Riyadh, 3.50 p.m.

Maria (to Ticket Agent): Can we be put on that flight please! It's a life and death situation!

Ticket Agent: No, I'm sorry. I do not think you'll be able to be let on due to security reasons. Let me double check.

Meredith: (conf) We knew all the other teams are on the flight. So we sort of knew that we'd be dead if we didn't make it.

Flight Public Announcement System: Ladies and Gentlemen, due to a heavy fog, our takeoff would be delayed by twenty minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Charlene: (conf) However sweet the girls are, this is still a race. I guess no one on this flight would want to see them appear.

Ticket Agent: You are very lucky. The flight is delayed due to heavy fog. I'll be able to issue you tickets.

Maria: OH THANK GOD!

Margaret: Argh. To think we'll be totally safe from elimination this leg. It seems as if heaven is playing with us. Looks like its another big leg. I know I can't afford to go home.

Monica: I was happy that the girls made it. But James weren't too happy.

James: (conf) I got a feeling that my mum thinks I want to win this race for the prestige, but its partly for the money as well! I can't have her be kind and sweet to everyone else. This is ultimately still a race.

Phil: All 8 teams are now on their way to Abuja, Nigeria, via Nairobi, Kenya.

Abuja International Airport, 10.30 p.m.

Flight lands, as all teams rush out of the airport, looking for a cab.

Maria: TAXI!!!!!

Meredith: Maria, here's one! Get on!

Jenna: Ethan, get that cab!

James: MUM, run! I've got your bags!

Ship House, 11.10 p.m.

Maria (1st to arrive):Dang it! It's closed! Hours of Operation 7a.m. to 11p.m.

Meredith: We missed it by 10 minutes. Now everyone's gonna catch up.

Stacy: Everyone decided to sleep outside the Navy Headquarters, but it was so uncomfortable. So Donny and I went to get a hotel room nearby instead.

Joseph (to Charlene): When did you girls find out you liked girls?

Charlene: I came out of the closet when I was 15, and all my relatives know about this.

Joseph: (conf) I'm still quite skeptical about this homosexual thing, is it inborn?

James: Everyone woke up and are waiting at the entrance except Stacy and Donny. They're no where to be seen, after they went to a hotel nearby.

Ship House, 7.00 a.m.

Glen (1st to reach route marker):Route Info, travel by taxi to the NNPC Towers.

Phil: Teams have to make their way to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Towers. The revenue generated by NNPC accounts for 76% of federal

government revenue and 40% of Nigeria's Gross Domestic Product. Teams will find their next clue at the base of the towers.

Monica: Oh, there's a Fast Forward.

Phil: This is the first of only 2 Fast Forwards in the entire race, any team that claim the award can skip all tasks and proceed directly to the Pitstop. However, a team can only choose to use the Fast Forward only once during the entire race. Hence, its important for a team to decide when's the most advantageous to use it. In this Fast Forward, teams have to travel to Gurara Falls, and take part in a traditional African ceremony. What teams do not know is that to claim the Fast Forward award, both team members would have to drink a bowl of chicken blood at the end of the ceremony. The first team who goes through the entire ceremony and with both team members successfully drinking one bowl of chicken blood each will win the award and be able to travel directly to the Pitstop.

Jenna: A Fast Forward! Should we go for it?

Ethan: Why not? How difficult can sitting through a ceremony be?

Maria: Meredith, let's do the Fast Forward! I'm not coming in last again!

Paul: (conf) Morgan and I sort of had a strategy. Looking at Rob and Brennan from TAR1, they obtained the very first Fast Forward and stayed ahead almost

throughout the race. When this Fast Forward came about, we didn't think much and just went for it.

Morgan: (conf) I didn't even read that Route Info.

Glen: Yvonne! We need to get a cab!

Yvonne: (conf) At the time, we already knew that there were three teams going for the Fast Forward. Jenna and Ethan, Maria and Meredith and Paul and Morgan, one of them will be the next to get eliminated. Glen and I would rather spend our time on running the actual full leg slowly but surely then have to risk our chances in this game.

Joseph: Should we go for the Fast Forward, Steph?

Stephanie: No. I think we'll be better off staying on the actual full leg of the race.

Ship House, 8.00a.m.

Stacy: They're all gone! Doesn't it open at 8a.m.?

Donny: Oh god. It opens at 7a.m.. Did we read the Hours of Operation sign wrongly last night?

Stacy: (conf) We knew something was wrong when no one was waiting at the entrance of that place. We could have went for the Fast Forward, but I had a hunch that teams already went for it. Staying on the course of the full leg seemed more advantageous.

Donny: Damn it!

Phil: A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with its own pros and cons. In this detour, team would have to choose between SEATS or FLOWERS . In

SEATS, teams would have to travel via taxi to the Abuja Indoor Velodrome and participate in a frightening act. Both team members would have to learn how to

cycle on these steeply banked oval tracks and complete 5 rounds consecutively each before they get their next clue. It might be frightening, but once a team gets the hang of cycling on these steep slopes, finishing the task would be a relatively easy one. In FLOWERS, teams would have to travel to Millennium Park, which was opened officially by Queen Elizabeth II of England. Once there, team members would have to find Nigeria's national flower, Costus spectabilis, amongst thousands of other species present in the park and bring it to a florist nearby on foot in order to get their next clue. This task might appear relatively simpler. Teams with a keen eye for details might be able to surge ahead while teams which are not observant might lose valuable time.

Yvonne: Let's do SEATS. It's definitely going to be a much faster option.

Charlene: Margaret, let's go to the Park. I believe you should be quite good at this!

Margaret: (conf) I was a florist for 2 years, before I got the current marketing job. Therefore, we might have an edge over the other teams if I can find that

particular flower fast.

Stephanie: I think we should try out the FLOWERS task. Joseph's knee isn't very strong. I won't risk his knee for a good position should it jeopardize our future

legs.

James: (conf) I wanted to do FLOWERS, because I thought my mum would not be physically fit enough for the Velodrome challenge. I've tried it before and it was real tough.

Monica: I'm going for the Velodrome. Seen people do it on television and would definitely like to try it for myself!

James: That could cost us.

Morgan: (conf) When I got injured during training about two years ago and slashed my head, before I became unconscious, Paul already fainted. It was so funny.

Morgan: Right, there's no way u can drink it. Let's go back.

Stacy: SEATS or FLOWERS. I choose FLOWERS. I have a keen eye for detail!

Donny: Are you sure? It looks tough!

Stacy: You can't cycle well. Don't you remember? Its cycling on steeply banked slopes. What makes you think you'll be able to do it. Let's not take risks.

Glen (1st to arrive): Where is the entrance? (runs past the board with all the number tags)

Monica (2nd to arrive):(conf) Glen ran past the numbers and I just grabbed number one from behind.

James: Mum, you got it? Let's go!

Monica (donning her protective equipment): I'm definitely nervous. This is seriously stressful. I tried just now and didn't fall off for one round. Hopefully, I will show James that I made the right decision and that I was definitely confident enough of myself.

Glen: We can still catch up, provided Monica falls off.

Yvonne: Don't be so bad to her! She's real nice, at least nicer than you.

Monica: Here we go!

James: Oh man, I'm definitely nervous for mum.

Yvonne: That's four and a half round. She did it! She should be proud of herself!

Phil: Teams have to make their way to Abuja Stadium, the 60,000 seat stadium which is the home to the Nigerian National Football Club. They'll have to search

the entire grounds for their next clue when they arrive.

Glen: Yvonne! Our turn!

Millennium Park, 11a.m.

No team got any luck out of this side of the DETOUR, as all three teams scrambles in the park, with Margaret and Charlene still wondering how the flower actually looks like.

Charlene: Its been so long and we still have zero idea on how that damned flower actually looks like. I think we should switch DETOURs, Margaret.

Margaret: Nah, I believe we should just follow Joseph and Stephanie. They look as if they got a clue on where that damned flower is.

Stephanie: Joseph, I've found the flower! (looks to a yellow flower on the flowerbed)

Joseph: Hush. Margaret's been following us. I guess we should pull a little trick, Stephanie. Let's just pull out one flower and pretend to run towards the florist.

Deliberately run slowly so they can overtake us with that fake flower of ours. You got me?

Stephanie: (conf) Joseph seldom come up with such great ideas. Since we got a clue that Margaret and Charlene have no idea what the flower looks like, I guess that's the only way to get them to lose some valuable time.

Joseph: Alright, I'm going to pick this blue flower. After they overtake us, we'll rush back and grab the right flower. Get me?

Stephanie: Yup. Lets grab one and run.

Margaret: They found it! Let's run!

Stephanie: I've got the right flower! Let's go.

Yvonne (spotting Paul and Morgan):Oh man. This is suddenly pressurizing. If I fall off again, we'll be behind them.

Jenna: (conf) It was frustrating enough to lose out on the Fast Forward. What made it worse was the fact that we knew we were last. But anything can happen on this race. We'll never give up.

Ethan: DETOUR, FLOWERS or SEATS? I'd say SEATS. We're athletic and we should be done with that faster. Alright with you?

Jenna: Yup, let's go to the Velodrome.

Maria and Meredith's cab, 11.35a.m.

Maria: We've been going in circles for an hour. I think our cab driver have no idea where we're actually going. At this rate we're going, whatever lead we've got from winning the Fast Forward will be entirely gone.

Cab Driver: (speaks in some foreign language on his cell phone)

Meredith: What the heck is he saying? I can't take it anymore. STOP THIS CAB. (taps on cab driver's shoulders)

Meredith: You didn't bring us to the place we wanted to go to. You said you knew where it was! I'm not paying.

Cab Driver: (looks threatening and sprouting words in a foreign language)

Maria: Let's pay him. Imagine he gets everyone's attention and we'll be the two little red riding hoods, eaten up by wolves.

Meredith: Now, where the hell are we? There are no people, no vehicles in sight!

Abuja Velodrome, 11.35a.m.

Yvonne: (whispers to pinhole camera on helmet) Four. One more to go. Argh!

Glen: Oh my god. She almost lost her balance on her last half a round. Phew.

Yvonne: I DID IT! (with a wide grin on her face)

Margaret: Oh they just finished! We have some hope!

Paul: Here comes the girls.

Charlene: Hey didn't you guys go for the Fast Forward?

Morgan: (tying on his harnesses) We had to drink chicken blood and this !#+ beside me faints on the sight of blood. Ha. His body's made of steel that corrodes on

sight of blood.

Charlene: (conf) Drinking blood is grotesque, we won't have been able to do it as well.

<eventually, Paul and Morgan finishes without any difficulty and gets the next clue.>

Abuja Stadium, 12.25p.m.

Monica (1st to arrive):Alright, let's search the grounds for our next clue!

James: There it is! A ROADBLOCK! Who never panics?

Phil: A ROADBLOCK is a task that only one member of a team can perform. No racer can perform more than 7 roadblocks in the span of the entire race. In this roadblock, the team member would have to search the stadium seats for the Nigerian National Football Club Coaster. There are 60,000 seats in the Abuja Stadium with a coaster on each and every seat. Only 50 seats contain the coaster of the right football club. Once a team member spots the right coaster, they'll have to remember the seat number and zone, tell it to the Stadium supervisor and they will hand them their next clue.

James: I know I can't do this. Mum, you're the more steady one.

Monica: Alright, I'll do it.

Abuja Velodrome, 12.35p.m.

Margaret: We're done! Let's get our clue!

Jenna: This is so unbelievable. They're still here! We might be back in the race!

Margaret: (conf) When we saw Jenna and Ethan run into the Velodrome. We knew two things. One, Maria and Meredith got the Fast Forward. Two, we're

screwed.

Monica: This is really tough, going through every seat in this stadium. Hopefully we find one soon.

James (standing on the football pitch on the field): Its really a tough wait out here. Some team might come in and find the right coaster the first time and we

can easily be here for hours. Hopefully not everybody bunches up.

Glen: I've done 2 roadblocks, you do this one?

Yvonne: Yup.

Joseph: Stephanie is definitely the one who don't panic.

Maria and Meredith, 1.30p.m.

Maria: We could very well be in last place now. We walked for hours and reached this hotel and called a cab. Hopefully it'd be here soon.

Meredith: This leg is so stressful and tiring. I just can't wait to rest at the Pitstop.

Abuja Stadium, 1.43p.m.

Monica: (whispers to herself as she remembers the seat number and zone) I found it.

Monica (to the supervisor): Zone 2 Seat 3-10

Supervisor: Here's your next clue.

Yvonne: Damn it, where was Monica last at?

Stephanie: Any luck there, Yvonne?

James: You did it! I'm so proud of you!

Monica: Travel by taxi to the next Pitstop, the Central Bank of Nigeria. Warning: The last team to check in may be eliminated. Let's go James!

Maria and Meredith, 1.45p.m.

Maria: The cab finally arrived. The best thing is, he speaks English, and he knows where he's going.

Meredith: What a bad leg this was. I hope everyone else had some bad luck.

Monica and James, 1.45p.m.

Monica: We know we're in the front of the pack as there are four teams in the Stadium looking for that magical coaster now. Who knows? We might be in first

place.

James: We just have to make sure we get there safely and not get lost. This driver seems to know where he's going.

Abuja Stadium, 2p.m.

Joseph (to Donny): This leg sucked.

Donny: Yep. I guess everyone was down with bad luck. This looks real tough. Looks like we'll be here for quite some time.

Joseph: Its all down to our girls. Look! That's Paul and Morgan!

Paul: Woah! This is such a shock. Everyone's here. Glen and Yvonne, Stacy and Donny, Joseph and Stephanie and Margaret and Charlene! Let's finish this

ROADBLOCK!

Yvonne (to Stacy): Oh Stacy, the boys just arrived. Its so demoralizing and hard. I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!

Stacy: Calm down, Von! Relax. We'll find it!

Margaret (doing the ROADBLOCK):This is definitely tougher than it seems. I've started away from the other teams as maybe there will be a coaster on this

other side of the stadium.

Stephanie (whispers to herself):I got it.

Yvonne: Stacy! Stephanie walked down! Where was she last at?

Stacy: There! Let's go there!

Stephanie (to Supervisor):Zone 4, Seat 6-19

Supervisor: Here's your next clue.

Morgan: Looks like team number 1 is Maria and Meredith.

Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja, 3p.m.

Monica (on the way): Oh man, are we reaching?

Cab Driver: 10 Minutes.

Maria (to Meredith): I wanna rest. I'm real tired.

Meredith: We're reaching soon! There it is, I see the sign!

James: OH! There's the sisters! Come on Mum, We can beat them!

Maria: Meredith, Monica's here! Run! We can escape elimination!

Meredith: Why is there no greeter this time around?

Phil: Maria and Meredith, you're team number one.

Maria: Woah! Looks like all of them got some bad luck.

Phil: However, this leg is not finished yet. Here's your next clue.

Maria: Oh man! I want to rest so badly! (starts to tear)

Meredith: Let's go! We can't waste time like this, Maria!

James: It's there! OH, you got to be kidding me. Why are they reading another clue?
