Unless they cut a couple the very first night -- possibly before even going into the house?Well we know for a fact that everybody at least made it into the house and was there long enough to get down to their swimsuits and pose for that pic in the pool, so I'm guessing at the very least that everybody was in the house for the first night.

well fuck. why don't they just start tonight and say 'by the way, everyone's gone except these 6 people' and wrap this sucker up in a couple
of weeks?
if all these spoilers are true, it seems to me that CBS was anticipating a) the possible end of the writer's strike and the need to dump this quickly, and b) low ratings, which BB will probably have against its competition. this could be the season of 'houseguests, we hardly knew ye.' (edited because i'm an idiot and meant CBS.)

I was just thinking about how ironic it was that the season with the most contestants could potentially be the shortest running one ever.

Before they even started this season, CBS probably told them that if needed, they will need to find a way to get rid of a lot of people fast -- especially if
the strike was resolved. So this is why we have the couples. I'd be pissed if I knew this was the only season this yr, but because it's not and I
consider this bonus BB, I'm just happy we get something.

It's gonna be west coast. So the feeds and BBAD will start at the same time. And that really sucks cause I don't want to stay up that late tonight.

Yeah that's what they did last year. I pulled up the feeds as soon as the premiere ended and then had to wait until midnight before they actually came on.
I love watching that awkward first night when the feeds come on and the houseguests are all self-conscious. I remember last year all the girls who were out by
the pool & hot tub had themselves wrapped up in towels.

I hate that it is filmed in LA. I always open up my feeds as soon as the show goes off the first night, then it sucks because you have to wait til midnight.

Ugh...people are already out? Why even do a season if they are going to cut it down to a 6 week show? Shows won't be back with new episodes until April
and May...I say go for a full season.

It will not be a 6 week show at all! They will evict 1 couple tonight, that we know for sure. The rest are not guaranteed to be evicted together, the
commercial says "if they are not careful, they will be evicted together". I think they will evict 2 or 3 couples as pairs and then they will play
singles. May sweeps starts at the end of April, they will probably wrap up the show the end of April or the beginning of May. Plus, don't forget they
always have the option of adding people back into the house (which never works out but could extend the season if the need arises)

guess what, the show won't finish on the west coast until 10 PM (this premier starts at 9 pm instead of the usual 8 pm), so BBAD will start BEFORE the
feeds begin, I think, since that starts at midnite east coast time. This will be interesting tonite.
