Sadly, based on next week's preview, Cirie could very well go with and stick with the 4orgy for a while at least.

Here's why. (hopefully I won't sound too much like Mikey while explaining this lol)

The JAYE alliance seems very solid. They most likely won't turn on each other. The 4orgy have more of a chance to do so, especially with the threats of Ozzy and James.

Cirie would be seen more as a 5th wheel and a major popularity threat to JAYE. If she joins the 4orgy, she can break them apart later. She can validate getting rid of Ozzy and James and the opposite pairs would agree to get rid of the male from the other pair. In other words, Cirie could more easily fracture the 4orgy than the JAYE later on, using help from some fans.

On the fans side, the boot order makes sense as well. We can assume that things go as plans for a while-injury or not. Kathleen, Tracy, and Chet DO leave.

Then, if there's no swap, Joel leaves just before the jury because he'd be a bad person to have on the jury later. Mike is greatful and is happy to outlast Joel. Then Mike leaves.

So, with a 9-person jury (2 before the merge), the merge would include:
Cirie and the 4orgy
Alexis-Jason-Erik-Natalie.

Jason's first out and then Cirie begins to pick things apart by targeting Ozzy and James.
