The flaming wood was planted by Mark Burnett!

I think that Richard won because pepole acknowledged him playing the game.
In any case, pepole didn't vote him off because everyone assumed they have more chance than him in the final two. But Richard just spoke too damn well and won the Million. Now he's in jail /= I think that Fairplay got that far because... he couldn't ever win against anyone, every single player in his season, but Burton, hated him. And... I would've thought the Romance was directed... if they wouldn't have married after the season. |

Even if they did marry, I think it was scripted. I mean...their wedding was a CBS special. Eyeew.

I remember watching on TV how the Survivor crew will tape a certain incident--one that would make for good TV--if they heard about it after it happened and the
cameras weren't present to catch it. They will get the castaways involved to reenact the whole thing so they can film it.
That's some cheap stuff, Mark Burnett. |

"Steared"
Jiffy Pop is the master of stearing the show. Like when they were going to vote out Stephame and Jiffy got that skanky bitch to quit instead. Shit like that. It has always had a "contribed" feel to it. |

MyChemicalShowmance wrote:1. You think they faked a marriage? The producers put them on the same tribe, but that was about it. 2. You mean Ulong losing, or Steph happening to be the last remaining member of her tribe? Because as for the former, it can't really be said that any of those challenges were slanted in Koror's favor. And as for Stephenie, we know how much of a bitch she was - there are a lot of characters I'm sure the producers would have rather been able to use as the sole Ulong. 3. I'm not sure what could have possibly been staged about Lill's IC win. 4. This one has always been considered suspicious, but I find it hard to believe that the producers up and decided to burn down the tribe's camp one day during a challenge, and then never do anything of the sort again. 5. Rudy was the fan favorite. Every member of production wanted to see him win. Rich winning was a nightmare for them. Sure. Is it really a big deal if they do that? It happened, so might as well get a reenactment for the cameras. Besides, it's only minor stuff anyway, like bits of dialogue they didn't quite catch or whatever. There have been so many big scenes that had to be edited around because the editors didn't have the footage to use, so it's clear their re-shoots aren't anything major. That would make sense if some of the show's most famous moments were not actually filmed. For example, Mike falling into the fire. That was obviously not re-filmed, being as there's no footage of him until after he's already woken up and run down to the water (and the aired tape includes Nick talking to a producer on camera). Besides, how the hell would they ever be able to fake that scene? Ask Mike to stop his screaming for a bit so that they can set up another fire for him to bury his hands into? And, because I got LTS-y there for a moment, fuck the thread starter. Thanks. |

What I don understand is why people watch the Apprentice. That show is rigged to end however the producers want it. That one is laughable.
Survivor, not rigged. |

Part of what makes Celebrity Apprentice so good (it's the first season of the show I've actually enjoyed) is that all pretense of looking for the best job candidate has been eliminated and it's only about making entertaining T.V. |

@Pulau Tiga: I don't think I was clear enough in my post. What I was trying to say was that a lot of the show's biggest moments were not filmed - the
only person that actually saw Mike fall into the fire was Nick, it was not actually filmed. So if they really wanted to refilm "good TV," they would
want to refilm things like this.
I do realize it was probably a bad example to use, but that's the only incident that came to mind; I can't think of any others. |
