The sad truth isn't that she just can't sing, but she doesn't have the voice either.
This back up band is pretty tame yet she still gets drowned out and any real metal band will overpower her completely. I bet she fucks real good though. |

Sue me, but I loved it. Amanda's growing on me, and the big "fuck you" to Simon totally raised her up a few notches for me. She won't make it
past Top 9, but I at least want her to stay long enough to do a ballad. It'll either be glorious or an atrocious trainwreck. I'm leaning towards the

I hate this bitch but I did appreciate what she said in regards to the ballad thing. This girl would never sing a ballad so why should she compromise and sing
one only to have the judges turn around and say she's losing her true personality and style in the competition!! She's at least smart enough to stick
with what she "thinks" she does best.

Amanda definitely marches to the beat of her own drum. I've liked a couple of her peformances but as with most screaming rock and rollers the fact is
................she simply has no singing talent. I saw Led Zepplin a long time ago and the hack job Robert Plant did on Stairway To Heaven was what I
remember most. After seeing that live performance I saw clearly the magic they can do in a recording studio.
