The only way Team Christ agree to keep him is if they got conformation on his nomination next week.

I do find it interesting though, that just this morning, Natalie told Josh that in a tie, she would vote to keep him in the game. Now she says that she will
definitely vote to keep him in (if need be) if he does this. Hmmmm....which is it Natalie? Obviously now Josh MUST know that he was lied to by Natalie
earlier...(if he didn't already realize this)

From what I remember about last year all the houseguests had a meeting with BB and complained that the penalty would in fact help Jen so it wasnt right. BB
agreed and gave a penalty vote. I guess like you say it all comes down to how much BB wants Josh to stay in the house. Him staying would be much more
entertaining .

My understanding of a penalty nomination is that it is in ADDITION to the HOH nominations. So James could still put up 2 players. The remaining 2 players
would vote and they would have to decide to remove Josh anyway and spare whatever 2 people that were not on the block. So that would render James just an
additional week in the house, and the FOUR would be intact against James for the Final 5 HOH, with James sitting out.

Nat didn't tell Sheila and Adam either!

I could be wrong, but I thought that Jen's penalty vote was due to the fact that after she was told to stop eating while on slop she continued to eat. If
she had stopped when they told her to then it would have only been a penalty nom.

You know this would still work for Josh if they penalized him both ways. If they gave him a penalty vote and told him he would be nommed next week without
playing in the HOH and POV if he survived, it would be a great selling point to both Ryan and Adam and Natalie wouldn't matter anymore. With the penalty
vote and Sheila's vote going for Sharon to stay, he could still survive with Ryan, Adam and James voting for him to stay and I believe Adam and Ryan would
have to do the logical thing and vote Sharon out and guarantee themselves F5.

If the DR wants Josh to stay (and I think they really do) then they will work the rules to say anything they want them to mean.
DR won't let Josh cut his hair. That ought to tell you something right there. And Josh is far more entertaining than Woobie Girl. |

After Nat says she's going to marinate/cook some fish for dinner, Josh says, jokingly, I'm going to lick the pan when you're done.
