I am amazed that I only scored 48. I thought I was the classic example of social anxiety disorder. I guess I've overcome a lot more than I thought.

It's pretty much just public speaking that gets me...and I have to do it a month from now and I'm petrified. |

Public speaking is the worst. I avoid it like the plague. In fact, I just won't do it no matter what. ARgh!! I'm stressing just thinking about
having to do it.

14 (fear) + 10 (avoidance) = 24 and the only reason it's that high is because I hate speaking in front of groups I would have scored much higher if I'd done this in my teens/20s, but one of the benefits of getting older is that you just don't give a sh*t anymore what others think of you. |
