The boys DID talk about coming up with a strategy to throw the HOH tonite. Baller is going to try to lose the first question on purpose. Then they whispered they have to come up with a system after that and said they would do it later. They probably don't want BB to hear it and will try to do it off mic at some point.
2ndly, they can do what will and boogie did after all stars. Boogie "hired" will through his company and paid him. Adam can "hire" ryan through his design business. And Dick and Daniele can do whatever they want, family moves money between members all the time. However, there is a gift tax in the IRS code for gifts over $10K. That applies toward adult children of parents. But if you "hire" someone through your company, the person hired has to pay taxes on the reported earnings anyway, so the IRS gets their money, and BB can't do a thing about it.
I am no tax expert and I know some peeps here are. Would the BB winnings be considered winnings, and subject to whatever law applies when you win shit on things like the Price is Right, or would it be considered wages because they were in the house so long and subject to a stipend? It makes a difference of $75K in taxes because of social security and medicare taxes. That would be interesting to know that answer. I know if you go on the shows like wheel of fortune, jeopardy, price is right, etc, I don't think peeps pay FICA taxes on that, but what about BB and survivor? FOr that matter, deal or no deal.

Who me!!
