The ITunes popularity bars are very hard to figure out. All the bars mean is that within a specific period of time (probably less than a week), that was the
ranking for the dls. It doesn't indicate total sales over a Season. Plus it's useless as an indicator for their post Idol careers.
I'm convinced Season 6, Blake Lewis would have dominated iTunes and he's a huge flop. |

I could see Jordin passing Fantasia if her sales stay steady, with an outside chance at outselling Ruben, if her singles stay strong and continue to get tons
of radio play.

How much did Blake sell his opening week? Phil doesn't have a shot to beat his numbers does he? Because that would've made me laugh. Phil was the most
generic person from last season and him beating Blake is would really make Blake look bad.

I think Blake sold 90K (around there) his first week. It wasn't a horrible start. But his album is done as both singles have failed.
Jordin must sell another 500K to pass Fantasia. I think if she goes platinum, that'll be a great success. The fans are more into the show this season but the ratings are down. Except for the two Davids, I don't think any 19 signings this season. That means that no one except the winner/runner up can release an album before Spring, 09.

Yeah Itunes is not a good indicator of actual votes, Syesha has been almost dead last in itunes sales each week. Yet she's still here lol

Jordin is a slow and steady sort of artist. Never will blow big but is not a failiure necessarily. These days, that's pretty good. Like I said
before, by the fall, she'll reach 1,000,000 in sales or close to it, she's going Platinum with a 3rd single for sure.
