Watch Borneo now. The first two or three episodes are almost unwatchable. They didn't really figure out what they were doing, production-wise, until about the fourth episode.

And how do you explain why you found a season boring? With Exile Island I just did. I have seen it three times and I couldn't even tell you what happened in most of the episodes. I barely even remember the winner. In fact when you referred to it as "S12", I actually had to stop and think about which season that was.

There's a reason the Funny 115 ends with Guatemala. It's because Guatemala and (in particular) Exile Island were when I sort of lost interest in the show for a while. The addition of a final three in Cook Islands didn't help either. I have never been a fan of the final three. Part of the reason I ranked Micronesia so high on my list is because we actually went back to a F2, and I was ecstatic.
