David Lane - BB4



David was booted way too soon. He wasn't just your typical alpha male, David had a lot of personality. And what I loved most about him was despite the fact he was in the army and all that, unlike most reality contestants who were in the armed forces, David did not shove it down our throats at all. In fact he barely ever mentioned it. And that was a breath of fresh air. He was part of a great alliance with Jack and Erika, and he was always pulling laffo pranks like stealing Alison's elephant. Darn that Mantroll for making his stay in the BB house so short.

Eddie Mcgee - BB1



Eddie had one leg. That was festive in itself. Because of having one leg he also won the first Big Brother. I must admit, I was never a Eddie fan, but rewatching season 1 I actually grew to like him. As I said with David and being in the army, despite having one leg Eddie never talked about that. It was obvvious cause he hopped around on crutches, but he barely ever mentioned it. In face, aside from the first night, discussing how he lost it, he only mentioned it like 3 or 4 more times the entire show. He wasn't playing the sympathy vote and that was admirable. I also loved how much respect he had for Chicken George. He saw a family man who had struggled to provide for his family his entire life and wanted to see George go far because of that. In a season of people being fake, Eddie was as real as you can get. And although I would have preferred Curtis winning, Eddie was not so bad at all.
