I can think of 2 for 2a. Them obviously being the gong and the conch shell.
And 3 was Kelly G talking to Lex in Africa. I believe the exact quote was "This time it WAS me". |

Yeah, the gong is one. I didn't have the conch shell as part of the 3, but that is correct too. So there are at least two more.

The answer to the Australia one is that Jeff was on the left side of the castaways, in every other season, he's on the right (or straight in front of them
I guess you could say).
