Next year livenation is going into the ticket business to take TM head on, but since the customer is always screwed, it will probably just bring up the "fees" and concert tkt prices even more. Like the Eagles were $250+ fees, Madonna $300 + fees, Tina Turner $250 + fees, Bon Jovi $250 + fees, etc. I would just rather watch a dvd of the concerts, which is apparently what most of will be doing sooner than later since there are far more important things like food and gasoline.
Ticketbastard does suck with all those fees. It's ridiculous. Too bad they are practically a monopoly, or you can pay even more for the scalper ticket brokers

things you have to type in.. It doesn't seem to make a difference from a ticket scalping aspect anyway. On Wed, after I had already purchased my tickets
but wanted to see what else would come up, I kept getting ones that were really hard to read so I decided to try the audio security check instead. OMG, it was
worse. A man's voice saying numbers with background noise. I thought I had it but then a woman's voice said numbers too so I entered those, then the
man's voice started saying numbers again, so I said screw it and went back to the typed in words.
