Hey Eliza, so how come Amanda and James aren't allowed to say how they did during their season? I know the story of you confronting Amanda - but why
can't the tell the Favorites about their rankings in China?

Did James and Amanda have to leave Micronesia for the China Finale? I'm still confused about that.Micronesia had already finished filming when the China finale was aired--how do you think Jeff Probst got there!? Eliza can tell you exactly, but generally the even-numbered seasons film from late October through early December, and the odd-season finales are around Dec 10 or so (this year it was Dec 7). Since we know that Erik's birthday--Nov 27--was on day 30 (as stated on TV), then Day 39 was Dec 6 (and I don't know if this takes the "extra" day into account since they were west of the Int'l Date Line). So they'd have gotten home probably Dec 8, not much time to recover for Amanda but certainly it didn't involved her being airlifted out of Micronesia and taken back to NY. ELIZA:Silly Eliza--if they were on the jury, they'd have been there watching your TC ;-) Did you see any of the girls naked? ("Yes, all of them")You answered yes, and I don't mean to dwell on this, but how common was nudity of both sexes "out there"? Did the women, for example, all bathe together and ditto for the men? Or did everybody pretty much get so comfortable around each other that nobody cared after awhile? What I'm still wondering about are your thoughts on the fame Survivor brings in general. After being on television and getting all that attention, how difficult is it to go back to normal life?I was wondering this, too, especially for someone like you whose first season was almost 4 years ago. Before Micronesia, how much had your fame "worn off"? Did you still get recognized in public? Still get asked for autographs, etc? Obviously we Survivor fans are all nutcases who will stalk Survivor alumni to our dying day, but as far as the regular public, how much of a "celeb" were you in 2007 right before going to Micronesia? And is the fame any different this time around? I personally have always thought the fame of being a Survivor would be just right (especially for those since the all out frenzy of Seasons 1-2)--you get the spotlight for a few months, have your hardcore fans who keep it going, but after a couple of years, (I would imagine) you mostly get your life back. Is this true? |

Eliza, I'm still left wondering what you think your most strategic move during this season was: turning down an alliance with the eventual winners, playing
a fake HIO out of desperation or groveling to Parvarti to let you in to the alliance you had turned down earlier in the season?

Eliza, I LOVED your TC reaction shots, but what exactly was going through your head during each of the four blindsides? I mean more than just shock. Were you
pleasantly surprised? Like, for Jason, did you want to scream at him to use the idol? For Alexis, you looked pleased, but did you want Amanda to leave? How did
Ozzy like that TC?

Eliza, how do the students and teachers at law school react to your Survivor experience?
What personal qualities got you the chance to play twice? What did you say to the people in your personal life so you could get away to play the games without attracting publicity? |

Eliza
Thanks for answering so many questions. 1. Without naming names, how far do people really go in their sexcapades considering there is no privacy? Does the camera crew ever stop filming if it gets too intense? 2. Did any of that change your opinion of them, either personally or as game players? I suppose it could be good strategy if done right, but it get the players distracted from game play. |

Eliza, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being a mirror of reality, please rate the plausibility of the plot of Legally Blonde.
