The concentration of power in a group that leads to threats going early,either means that the decision makers are either really smart,or the group itself is bound by some ideology(loyalty,"morality",shared mediawhoredom,shared living region, some cult bullshit,etc).It is up to the "strong" person to work their way out of this.But your going to give some nonsense answer about how Survivor isn't a meritocracy.WHO THE FUCK CARES? We don't live in a true meritocracy,if we did, then my libertarian ideals would actually be taking place.Survivor is NOT a sporting event.It has no relation to football,the Kentucky derby or even chess.

The tweaks that the nutcase threadstarter is trying to sell us are nothing but tweaks. It would take a brand new kind of show to appeal to the mass audience and draw a much bigger crowd. Someone who is "strong" but is argumentative could be more of a detriment at the team-stage than a slightly weaker competitor who works well with teammates - at camp and in challenges. There are a lot of factors involved and it's not just "luck." Landing in a tribe with whomever - it's up to each player to do their best to remain in the game even if they were responsible for the loss! And we have seen several times how good manipulators have managed to avoid being booted in that very situation. Artie's changes to the game would actually make it more predictable and boring than the way it is now. I don't think we'll have huge numbers again, but I do think we can reached 20 mil if we have a really good season with Gabon

Way to miss the answer. Chinas ratings were lower than any other finale to date, except Fiji, because Fijis ratings were abnormally low, due to even weaker and stupider players in the finale.

I mean, you had Dreamz, a young, strong man. Yau-Man, a smart old guy with pretty good challenge ability, Boo, who was extremely strong, Earl, who wasn't necessarily the best in challenges, but he was a great player. And Cassandra, who was just weak. If Fiji had the lowest ratings ever, then maybe it just means that most of the viewers aren't morons like you, Artiee, and they prefer watching interesting people over strong people.

Challenges - yes, but she did create a few blindsides in Fiji. They probably gave her that edit to focus on the big Dreamz/car fiasco, but yes, the casting was poor aside from Earl, Dreamz, Yau, Alex, Rocky, and Boo.

I'd also like to hear how Earl and Dreamz belong to any other shared demographic besides a common ethnicity. Moreover, it's not like the producers wanted three black people in the finale, it just happened to turn out that way. Additionally, if I'm understanding your system correctly, stupid Dreamz makes it fairly far in the game based on challenge performance, no? Unfortunately, so would the other members of the Horsemen (or maybe Boo). Maybe YM slides through. This, of course, gets back to the whole "casting needs to be fixed" argument which I'm sure you'll disregard much like the other arguments against your plan.
