I really think All Stars should've come sooner though. We had such a great group of racers to choose from

Would you rather have Drew and Flo instead? Before the pre-production in All-Stars, They called out before the race began and they didn't made it to 11 final teams for the race. Also, Colin and Christie were also expected for All-Stars, they also called out because of Christie's pregnancy. |

I hope they have another All Stars but it probably won't be until like Season 20

The worst part was that Ken and Gerard were cut in the casting process. WTF was that about. If they were concerned about having too many guy teams, fuck it,
they are among the top three funniest teams of all time, and they were amazing competitors to boot. At least replace Kevin and Drew with them, since Drew was
obviously in no condition to race. There exclusion pissed me off more then Eric and Danielle winning.

I liked All Stars even less upon rewatch. The 1st time it was exciting because I didn't know what happened. The 2nd time then it was just frustrating

That's why it's more fun watching past seasons with people who've never seen them. Plus, I don't view the second time for the thrill of the
unknown, I watch to see how it played out and what exact moves people made that helped or hindered them. Doing a TAR marathon lately and frankly, TARASS stands
up to just about every other season save the couple true classics, of which 5 is still the best to me.

I was sucked on Poland episode which Eric/Danielle and Joe/Bill nearly missed on a board KLM flight to Amsterdam connected through Warsaw. Joe ranged the pilot
and he threw his right shoe on a plane and he say, "HEY!". The pilot of KLM didn't hear Joe's voice.

I love them TAR marathons myself. 1 day I might try applying for the show!

Hated Eric and Jeremy, hated Eric and Danielle. Eric was a good racer, but a total douchebag. If you had swaped the TAR12 final Roadblock with Allstars, we
would have had a Charla/Mirna or D/K win. One season too late

The first 4 legs were great, IMHO.
I especially like the "Who has keener eyes" roadblock in Chile. Leg 4 was one of the best episodes of TAR. Not tasks-wise (the detour was so stupid. They could just ask for direction instead of using the compass. It was really stupid) but the things that happened. There was drama, tension, TAR reminiscence (the roadblock) and of course, the ending was really satisfying. Another thing that I hated on that leg was when Rob misspelled Philippines. And after that 4 legs, teams began to be day/s behind each other and TAR did some ridiculous excuses like the bus and the "a storm is coming". |
