hi guys!!! congrats carl. kyle was in the truck race -- did he win that?
not a bad race for nationwide. but while it was going on, I braised some ribs. they looked so big before I started, now I'm wondering if there's anything left. |

No, Kyle did not win, it was Johnny Benson. And stop talking about food, I'm hungry.

right now my cup runneth over. the truck race is rerunning on speed and nationwide is on espn2. I put all the food away to cook for tomorrow (or here later),
but I did fix me some scrambled eggs with tomatoes and capers and good coffee. I'll fall asleep to the white noise of roundy-round cars and when I wake
up, I can catch the first run of I Love Money and slurp more coffee and finish cooking and laundry. there's a gorgeous full moon on a warm july night. I
wish I had an outdoor bed. but I am so missing tony & jr. I want my nascar.

I missed everyone and both races last night - I was having a sleep study done. Yes, a sleep study on Saturday night. My hospital does them 7 days a week.
They do it on the 15th floor of a hotel kiddy corner from the hospital. Niiice. Of course, they kick you out by 7:30 the next morning... not so nice. I
didn't know there were such things as lake bugs! |

Yeah, I saw Brooke at the track with Jeff - she always seemed to have her nose in the air.
I think Kanye wrote Golddigger about her. I don't care much for Ingrid but I prefer her over Brooke. At least Ingrid had some of her own money before meeting Jiffy. And I fell asleep during the Nationwide race. Oops |

I caught the final 60 laps of the Nationwide race...boooring. I still have to wonder how fucked over Cousin Carl would be if he somehow screwed up his
backflip and caught his feet on the window frame.

I may have come close to bruising ribs during a nascar race, but last night wouldn't have been it.
and CI -- did you pass the study. |

DT, I find out in five to seven days, according to the sleep technician! P.R.A.Y. that I don't have to spend muchos bucks on a CPAP machine. Why would they even race when there's a partial power failure? Seems like a good way to have plenty of crashes due to poor lighting. |

it's very hard to drag myself out of bed in the morning (and with the new meds, I'm usually sleeping through the alarm or turning it off in that just

matter how much caffeine I gulp down, I fall asleep at least once. (Give up caffeine after noon? And be that much more prone to crashing after lunch?
Never!) I also was told by a couple of people that I snore loudly, although most people who have slept in the same room as I say I don't. I'm also
almost constantly tired. Plus my sister has it. So I'm suspecting I also might have it.

6300 Crashing Burning GayJay cars?
CI, have you ever had your tonsils and adenoids removed? My adenoids were really swollen when I was a kid and I snored so loud you could hear it outside. They took them out and I haven't snored since, although my ex said I wheezed in my sleep..wtf? And I take Zanaflex for muscle pain and helps me fall asleep - usually 45 minutes after I take it I'm out. |
