The tumultuous life of country songbird Mindy McCready has taken another wrong turn. TMZ is reporting that McCready recently attempted suicide and is headed to rehab. Is there a white knight out there who can rescue this damsel in distress? Dr. Phil believes he is that man. Apparently fucking Roger Clemons does this to you.

Mindy McCready hospitalized December 18, 2008 Country music singer Mindy McCready was hospitalized in another apparent suicide attempt Wednesday morning, according to a police spokeswoman. McCready was taken to a Nashville-area hospital for treatment of wounds to her wrists, according to the spokeswoman and two people close to the troubled singer, the New York Daily News reports. Police and paramedics were called to a Nashville home where McCready was staying and immediately transported her to a hospital. The Daily News reported in April that McCready, 33, had been having anal sex with pitcher Roger Clemens since 1991, when she was 15 and Clemens was a married father of two playing for the Red Sox. McCready later confirmed the affair. |
